Beds were comfortable with private curtains. AC in the room was good. The staff were extremely helpful with anything you needed and if you wanted recommendations for things to do in the area.

An odd atmosphere in the accommodation as hostel dorms are on the 9th floor of apartments. Water dispenser outside the room was not filled for the duration of my stay (4 nights), shower doors did not close properly and were always cold. There were 2 female toilets and only one had a bin. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the 8th floor but it was not clean. WiFi was also not reliable.

The room is small and quiet, although the location is right in the center, the soundproofing is good and not noisy.

The room is okay. Big with comfy beds. The staff is polite and helpful. Good for a nighr stay.

The first room given to us was very smelly and we had to request a room change. The bathroom is not adequately lit and there was no separate handsoap and bodysoap. Small windows.

The location was nice and it looked like a business hotel whereas it was pretty cheap.

The rooftop swimming pool was super cold and there is no chairs or anything so in the end that was a bit disappointing haha

Staff was so helpful and friendly, this hotel is in city center so there are many restaurant, coffee shop and mall, so convenience.

I booked a room and asked for a quiet floor and when I check in, my room on the 7th floor. It's not really quiet like there is no sound, it's better than other hotel before. I really like the location, you can get to any place in this city. They also provide tour service

Impressive friendly staffs, they gave us bunch of local tips and recommendations. Oh if you wanna visit the golden hand bridge, ask them about the tour package, affordable price.

Les réceptionnistes sont très accommodants, gentils et serviables. Ils font a merveille leur travail. Ils étaient à l’écoute et comprenait le client. L’hôtel est un peu laissé à l’abandon, mais ça devrait le faire pour dépanner.

La clientèle est bruyante, il y a eu de la musique toute la nuit puis à 6h du matin. De la bonne grosse techno russe bien forte. L’hôtel est vieux, pas de travaux depuis longtemps, les chambres sont parfois poussiéreuses. Des femmes de ménages qui parlent mal en pensant qu’on comprends pas le vietnamien (haha). Mais sinon les garçons réceptionnistes sont merveilleux ! Le problème est la gestion de l’hôtel par les patrons. Beaucoup de potentiel laissé à l’abandon. Il valait peu être 3 étoiles avant, mais aujourd’hui ce n’est plus le cas.
