Excellent Continental breakfast. Nice addition with waffles made to order. Location was as good as it can get. Right in the middle of the Main Street.

One of our children had a ski accident and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast was delightful and so was dinner. The staff are amazing, from Monica at reception, to Vincenzo in the restaurant to Andrei in the bar- they are all very attentive, have a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble! Very refreshing to go to a hotel in a ski resort that clearly treats their staff so well that allows them to pass this feeling of wellbeing to their clients!

hard to adjust down the a/c in the room so quite hot and stuffy. minor point though as would highly recommend this hotel

For a small additional sum (50EUR for 2 nights) we paid for a balcony,
we go a huge room with 1.5 bathrooms that was well equipped, clean, and with a view on
3 sides.. More storage space than we could use on
a short stay.

All well beyond expectations.
The only thing we did not like was car access, though that is not due to the hotel,
rather that entire part of town is "no traffic".
Still, we were allowed to bring the car for check-in and check out,
and they did offer valet parking (which we did not try).

The bed isn’t comfort because the bed wasn’t matrimony and was two single bed beside each other.
This isn’t comfort and trouble for sleeping.

we stayed half board but the water at dinner was not included in the price. not only were we charged but it was not made clear to us when we ordered.

Easy waking distance to the lifts and on the way back it is even easier. Great staff and excellent food - we added dinner to our booking and it was very good
Bit more help about taxi and bus info - if the weather is bad the option exists to go to other ski areas - we had to work this out for ourselves and failed!
