Location was great, really central and close to restaurants etc, and the rooftop solarium was a bonus, room was a good size and spotlessly clean.

No air conditioning, and the bus were squeaky every time I rolled over it woke her up apparently 😐

The only thing i didn't like was the constant barking of a dog in the building yap yap yap all morning

The accommodation had everything I needed and was in a great location for my cycling adventures. The area has lots of charm, the accommodation is a 1-minute walk to the harbor area for great food and views.

I did have a few issues entering the building, I had to wait for another guest to let me in. The sun loungers were a little old and broken and could do with replacing.

The bed in the apartment was very comfortable, there was plenty of cupboard space and there's a full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave etc. Overall the apartment was large and spacious.  Although reception is only staffed for a few hours in the morning we did find them to be very welcoming, pleasant and willing to help with any questions or issues. The public areas are good with an attractive downstairs reception area and a very nice sun deck on the roof.  We feel that with a little effort and money being spent on it them the Apartamentos Isla Tenerife Sur could be back to being as good as we remembered them.

We'd stayed here before in 2017 and were very pleased with everything, so much so that we decided to spend a few (3) nights again on our next Tenerife trip. Unfortunately the place has gone downhill - perhaps due to the pandemic.  Our apartment was functional but we couldn't spend much time in it, with an uncomfortable sofa (sofa bed) and very stark decor/furnishing. TV had no English channels, not even the news and the picture kept breaking up anyway. Some of the furniture showed severe wear and tear, coffee table covered in water marks and grubby looking towels in the bathroom. Shower needs a non slip mat in it as the shower base was slippery.  The rooms were quite dark as most of the light fixtures were missing bulbs and there was very little natural light. The fridge was switched off when we arrived and when we opened the door of it the smell from the inside was dreadful. The apartment building seemed to have very few people staying there and we were mystified as to why we were allocated an apartment on the 1st floor at the back of the building above the entrance to an underground car park and directly facing a residential block on a noisy street with a car repair shop and constant coming and goings.  The large balcony was unusable due to the street below and the proximity to the building across the narrow street and it did not get any sun anyway.  There are no staff on reception except for 2 hours each morning and the overall impression is that apartments are being run on a very tight shoestring

we got a code to get into the building, there were the keys with our names - very easy . Lift, internet , appartment , all was ok. We got new towels every 2nd day . upstairs was big terrass for sunbathing, opened 24 h. some small markets very close, bus station close , small boat harbour ( water ) close . " beach " about 7 minutes to go into water. good , cheap spanish restaurants all around. Nice for walking all day .

sorrowly nothing in the kitchen for cooking , so we had to buy everything : sugar , salt , spices , oil. from the pics on booking.com it seemed that we have appartments with direkt entrance to big terrass, but no. the beach there is difficult to use , big waves , hard stone - a lot of pain to go in. By cheap bus 740 / 783 much better beaches not too far away. Airport very close , but no direct bus, u MUST take taxi, about 12 - 15 €. Its a windy area there most times . Furniture little damaged.

Everything except the wifi (not for working purpose/videocalls) and the noise from the corridor. But in general all was fine. The terrace at the top was nice.

Easy check-in, very clean apartment and safe building and location. Had been once before and returned to the same great service. would happily go back!

Great location, nice sized apartment with the bonus of access to a solarium. Overall, good value for money.

The beds were not very comfortable and wifi wasn't stable.

We stayed only one night and everything was good. Kitchen is cell equipped, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable. Check in and out was easy, communication with host also

It's difficult to find a parking space nearby.

We loved the location. The apartment was spacious and v good value. Everything on your doorstep. Easy to travel if you want to go further and explore the Island.

No sun on the balcony, but the roof terrace made up for it.
