the location of property is good and is well maintained. Food preparations is amazing.

Pretty disappointed due to almost everything. After having paid huge amount of money, one does expect that at least staff should respond to your queries and address your concerns. You may have to call hundred times to get a response or rather each time be prepared to visit the front desk to ask for something. And don't expect any support for any urgency like medicines or anything...they wouldn't lend any support on the same. We visited the place which is almost a mile from Mall road and due to heavy snow...we had to walk almost this distance with all our luggage...when we asked them to send someone to pick our luggage, they denied straight forwardly even when we insisted that we will pay for the same...same happened at the time of checkout...we had to walk again on our own. And then you order food...it's damn expensive and the quality can't be worse than this...be ready to burn money in front of your eyes... Also I guess they treat guest differently as per the room category.
