I would recommend black out shades for bedroom , replace shower head(weak stream) and buy can opener for kitchen

This place has a few units and we were fortunate to experience two of the units. Both were very nice. One unit had a view of the nice backyard with a large beautiful tree and the other unit had a view of the sea at the front and the yard in the back. The host was incredibly helpful and provided a nice continental breakfast. There was fresh fruit on a plate with granola bars which provided a warm welcome to the place. Check-in was simple. The apartments are located in a lovely neighborhood that is quiet and surrounded by a lot of nature and beautiful homes! We enjoy walking and this location was perfect for us because we could walk into the city center, the beach, the college (which is a nice campus), the botanical gardens, and Seaton Park! It was easy enough to navigate around Aberdeen from this place. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunsets too. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Each room was comfortable! The living room, bathroom and bedroom were a nice size. I would recommend these apartments and should we return to Aberdeen we would like to stay here again! Best of all the property manager took care of all our needs. 10/10 🌟

It was good; a simple continental breakfast that was just the job. I also liked the bowl of fresh fruit provided and the fact that there was a pint of milk in the fridge for hot drinks.

Apt E was decent.
Too many staircase to climb and is challenging when carry your luggage up to the apt. Apt D has doors to living room n kitchen. And the kitchen has no ventilation, with very strong stale smell. The bedroom has steps leading to the bed. Overall a nightmre to stay in this apt.

Noisey building .people in building smoking weed overpowering damp smell in bedroom plug sockets not working .bathroom could do with shower curtain .toilet needs attention .could do with door stoppers .need new pillows

This is a comfortable flat with everything we needed and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast provided was excellent. It is very easy to park in the street outside. The WiFi worked very well.
It would have been nice to have a small cupboard or shelf in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put toiletries.

I think it is excellent value and the location is great for my visits to Aberdeen
It would be good if there was an ironing board and iron. Travelling with ironed shirts they always need a quick run over the next day

Lovely stay here. Really clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. Staff very helpful, can't fault it, would definitely stay again.

Continental breakfast was good with plenty of tea, coffee and sugar available. Quiet location and good on street parking. Bus stops close to property and taxi fare around £7 from the city centre.
Problem with the hot water supply to the mixer shower, bathroom and kitchen sinks on the first day. Text the contact for the property who had the boiler checked and said it was due to the system needing re-pressurised. Same problem on the second day but manged to get the shower to work by turning on the bath hot tap. Text again an engineer to look at system we are only here for three days anyway but may help the next booking. While checking we had not left anything in the bedroom found a condom from a previous resident of the apartment on the floor under the bed :-( text contact again on leaving to warn the cleaner it was in the waste. Would have expected some kind of an apology to be forthcoming?

Beautiful building in a very nice quiet street , easy parking .
Has everything you need , a nice touch with the breakfast welcome pack. Excellent host who brought me a hair dryer within minutes of asking .

Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours. The first night was very comfortable and as expected. We struggled to be able to watch television or sleep the second. Hosts may want to consider renting again to these guests.
