Clean and tidy property, friendly and helpful host.

Lack of any, even minor, condiments in the kitchen - salt, pepper, oil etc. Duvets did not have any covers on them.

Sabina was with us a couple of minutes after arrival on site and took us to the house. She gave us a tour and the keys. Payment was made there and then. Sabina was a lovely woman, very easy to talk to and was available if needed throughout the say (we didn't need to call on her).

It was very quiet, facilities on site were not open, we went 1st week in June. If we needed anything we had to drive. Mazarron is about a 10-15 minute drive from the site. Restaurants seem to close on a Monday so going for food on Monday's wasn't an option. Pool area could do with some landscaping and updating.

Property was nice and clean

Pool was not very clean, needed topping up we thought No instructions in property for how things worked i.e cooker Both shower trays leaked over bathroom floors, just need sealing Property looking a little tired, needs a bit of TLC

Great quiet location but within walking distance to a restaurant/bar and a short drive to shops. 10 Minutes drive to lovely beaches

Villa was very clean, well-kept and the water in the swimming pool warm. Beds very comfortable, well-equipped kitchen and sunbeds beside the pool., Hedge around the land gives total privacy and freedom. Area was quiet but without a car you can't move anywhere.Owner is friendly and helpful.We booked Villa antojo 5delux for 8 nights.Highly recommending this villa.

The property is tired and in need of maintenance. The washing machine is falling apart, the oven doesn’t work properly. There are lots of tiles missing on the inside of the pool. The pools filtration system is an eye sore with lots of tiles missing. The outside furniture is dated and tired. The property is advertised as Air Conditioning - There is only Air Conditioning in the lounge and the bedrooms just have fans. It also advertised a Bar B Q - we were supplied with a little 3 leg Bar B Q, the type that you can buy for about £20. The WiFi is poor and we had to use our data. There is no flexibility if you arrive a little earlier. They will not let you check in before 3pm. The outside part to the Air Conditioning unit has live wires exposed. The villa is very standard and in need of attention. We certainly will not be staying here again..
