The property was very clean and a good size room , the location was fantastic , breakfast was very good lots of choice cooked beautifully.

Lovely staff, clean spacioius room which included fridge, iron and electric fan. Plenty of coathangers. Great breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Room was on the front right by traffic lights so very noisy. No hair dryer or toiletries provided. Poor lighting near where mirrors are situated. Beds on wheels kept running away when you sat on them.

Good sized room with comfortable bed and clean en-suite. Friendly accommodating staff. A good cooked breakfast served on request. Easy walk to the beachfront and Winter Gardens.

Daily room cleaning did not include making up the bed. No lounge area.

We were up early both mornings, but we didn't have any hot water until after 10am. Not sure if this was just because of the time of year.

what can we say. from the moment we stepped through the door it was fab. quick easy check in. very friendly welcome. lots of advice of where to eat out or places to visit if you are stuck. Room was pleasant small cosy very clean. lots of storage. modern bathroom/shower room. Tea/Coffee in room Breakfast was amazing. all you can eat hot buffet or cereal. Tea and *Quality Coffee* from my coffee drinking other half. all set in a modern dining room. Rooms are set over 3 floors no lift so if you can manage the stairs I would definitely recommend The Aspire. 5 min walk from the Tower and Prom, 15 min walk from station. very close to town or a cheap tram ride to Pleasure Beach.
