almost everything else . the guys don’t understand what js hospitality means. the check in / check out takes hell lot of time , booked a suite room , no hot water , smelly bathroom due or bad ventilation -even after 5 calls to the main desk , nothing happened. just don’t go here

The hotel rooms and toilet were very spacious and massive and clean! Bell desk staff in cream coloured uniform name Dharmaraj/Dhanaraj was very polite and courteous.

The staff at the restaurant were very unhelpful. Not initiative. We had to request multiple times for the same thing. Room service was inefficient. WiFi was terrible. We couldn't connect to WiFi the whole trip. Bathtub couldn't drain the all water. There was always stagnant water

The hotel was good. Room spacious

Since it was a suite it was not well maintained. The sofas were dusty which you cannot see but when you sit all the old dust was coming out. The jacuzzi was not working.

The staff. they try their best to keep customers happy. Particular mention to the reception staff Ms. Manimala and the Resturant Manager for going beyond the call of duty.

The hotel needs to get a serious renovation, it's run down and quite obvious that the management is not spending any money on upkeep.

restaurant is good. breakfast buffet good for Indians. non locals can manage work continental good items available in the buffet. all the staff are courteous, helpful.

cleanliness. bathroom curtains are fungus infected. bed frames are dirty. Bathroom door couldn’t be closed. After two days stay only hot water was coming in the bathroom tap irrespectively. room walls paint were coming out looks unpleasant.
