The condo was wonderful- spacious, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We enjoyed beginning our mornings relaxing on the large balcony facing the pond. Pool was great. The location is perfect- near all of the major theme parks, but without the incessant traffic and noise. Would definitely come back!!

We were in Orlando for the AAU Volleyball Nationals. We love the location with regards to the OCCC and amenities. Checkin and checkout were easy. The pool was a great way to spend the afternoons. We will book the same place next year if it’s available.

I braved the weekend with 4 15-16 year olds for a Sweet 16 b-day. Close to all parks, neat, modern, comfortable and ample space for the 5 of us.
We will be back to enjoy the pool and other amenities. I unreservedly recommend this property.

We had a great time. Huge unit. Very clean and worry free. Great location to the Parks. Maintenance came and set up the Wi-Fi after it went out from a storm. They were quick and very courteous. Check in was quick and stress free. Would recommend to anyone.

Bulbs were out. I asked for more, maintenance never showed nor followed up. I took bulbs from other fixtures.
I packed light because the property has laundry. Washer didn’t work. Called maintenance again, they said no work orders ahead of me. No one showed. I also needed a clean uniform for my son’s game. Fell asleep waiting, woke at 3 because I knew I’d have to do the load by hand, which I did, in the bath tub. After wringing everything out well, added to the dryer, which was excessively noisy to the extent it kept me awake. An hour and a half later the cycle ended. Clothes were hot and not at all dry which means dryer exhaust was plugged. I removed probably a 2 gallon bucket full of lint from the exhaust system and stand pipe. I could not reach further but an certain it was still blocked. I kept running the dryer cycle an hour at a time and after removing a lot to hang up to dry on the bed, the cycle finally finished after over 4 hours.
Needless to say, this experience defined my trip as I could not get over the fact that the property management did nothing to help with something as minor as light bulbs to something major like key amenities being completely inoperative. The remainder of my stay was in hand washed clothes that I did hastily at 3am so my son could have a clean uniform.

The place is spacious and well kept. The view from the balcony is peaceful and beautiful. The location to all of the parks was less than 15 minutes and there were several food places, dunkin donuts, liquor store, etc all within walking distance. We even squeezed in a couples massage in the nearby shopping center. Everyone was so friendly.. the pool area was great.. Loved the whole experience and would definitely stay here again.

PROS: Resort was close to everything. Pictures are accurate. Staff and residents very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Felt safe in the complex, parking lot and surrounding area. Pool was fun for my kids. Highly recommend!
CONS: Found a few geckos in the room (but that’s Florida…… just wish we knew prior to coming). Made for a few fun stories though.

Great Orlando Vacation
The property is very close to Universal, at most a 15 minute drive. Disney is about 25 minutes. Property is exactly as listed. Right on lake with walking path around the lake. Next to a Publix grocery and a Walgreens’s barely off property, with a Chick-fil-A across the street. Check in was a breeze, pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Bar in pool area has great bartenders and you can also get food via the bar. Also has a NYPD Pizza next to Publix and the have awesome pizza! We’ll stay here again on our next trip!

Mother’s Day weekend
The property and condo was absolutely fabulous! It was spacious, quiet, the pool was nearby, and it had all of the things we needed in the kitchen. There was a lot of parking in this gated property. Location was also close to everywhere we needed to go. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water and also went on the 2 mile walking path.

Comfortable and spacious accommodations. Very little cookware would be a concern if you want to cook any meals. Very Quiet for the most part. Last night there had a loud and constant walker upstairs. Parking is convenient. Gated for security.

Great family condo
Spacious and well equipped condo for families. We were able to cook our own breakfast and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Well located for Universal and Disney parks, plenty grocery store options in the area as well as restaurants. Super easy check-in and out process, free parking. Great experience! We'd definitely stay there again!

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was as advertised. A bit of updating can be done to the patio furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and the proximity to everything was spot on. Will definitely return.

Exceptional Stay
Our vacation was amazing and was extremely comfortable with our accommodations. It was more than I had expected and was so happy when we arrived and viewed our ‘home’ for the week. Very nice stay
This unit was clean throughout, and accommodations were as expected. All appliances worked fine. The only two adverse comments I would make, and recommendations for improvement, would be 1) to upgrade the kitchen pots/pans/plates/cooking utensils. We cooked every meal in the unit and would have appreciated a better set of tools 2) we loved sitting on the 2nd floor porch and the view of the lake, but the outdoor couch had a broken center bar which caused seating to sink, and the cushions were worn. Perhaps a plastic cabinet to keep the cushions out of the weather (like we use in Illinois).
Otherwise I would recommend this unit for a family stay.

The condo was very clean and had lots of room. The only critique would be to have more towels available or tell the guests to bring their own towels. 8 towels for 6 guests for one week is not enough and most people do not want to do a load of laundry on their vacation. Also the tv in the living room was not working. Maintenance was not able to fix the problem. Not a big deal but would have been nice to rewind with a show or two at the end of the day.

Grounds are nice and buildings are clean. Nice to have indoor elevators. It was usually quiet.
Expected a very clean condo as we were informed they were sanitized due to COVID and cleaning was a priority. Knives were dirty in knife block. We immediately removed our shoes only to end up with really dirty feet. Light switch areas dirty. Washer dusty. Dryer vent had lent. Furniture showed wear, but sofa and beds were comfy. Condo very roomy and nice kitchen. Great view from balcony and nice bathrooms. Never could get the main TV to turn on and checkin had made a point that non working TVs would not be a maintenance priority, so we never bothered to say anything, though we did leave a note. Would stay there again without a doubt, but would plan on buying cleaning supplies.

Hire New House Cleaning Crew
Upon entry into unit a bag of dirty linens was sitting on the floor. When my son turned the corner into the first room he found cat feces and hair on the couch. The Office Staff (Mary) was quick to provide a new room. The Office staff was incredible with trying to resolve the problems we faced. The new room looked almost the same as original and provided the same amount of room. However, kitchen pans, plates and dishware was dirty along with the air filter vent was covered in dust. The master bedroom bath tub had water pooled in the basin due to a leak from the faucet head. My son and I went to the store and purchased dishwashing detergent as well as Lysol wipes then proceeded to clean everything so when his sister arrived with his niece the place was cleaner than we found it. Again the staff (Blake and Mary) were very attentive to the problems we found and went above and beyond to try to make our stay better. HIRE NEW CLEANING STAFF and we'd consider returning. The pool was amazing but many of the machines in the game room ate our money without any return opportunity. This was the first time I've stayed at this certain resort. My son said he'd never stay again. We'd hoped to cook more but again, the new room didn't provide what the original advertised so this was something else we had to forgo. The view from the room was spectacular. Please please please, retrain the cleaning staff to look at all dishes to include pots and pans. Finding them with grease, dried egg and sugared icing on them wasn't appetizing at all.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well located and beautifully maintained. The suite was huge, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. I felt the bed was a little stiff, but there were no complaints from my companions, so maybe that was just personal preference. I would stay here again and would highly recommend!
