The staff is very friendly and accommodating (especially Fatima she was wonderful!) Great facilities especially the gym and laundry services.

The rooms are not soundproof you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.
The coffee machine was broken
The pet fee is crazy expensive: 50€ per stay for no reason
On arrival they tried to send us to an external parking garage saying theirs was full. Insisting a bit it was not full anymore and when accessed we found out there was plenty of space.
We were given just one key, so we could not come or go separately
Bathroom window on the bed makes impossibile to go to the toilet overinight without waking up the other as light would illuminate the whole room
Tents won’t close properly
Tv only shows few little limited channels and cannot be used to share screen from apple devices

The hotel is very good for 4 stars by Marriott, I think. The personal is very smiled and kind. The breakfast is testy. I believe if you need something more, you can just ask at the reception desk and you will get it :-) We liked this hotel and we recommend it.
The sofa, which was used like a bed for our child, is made from eco-leather, that is why they could put on it something more, than just a sheet. It was not comfortable to sleep on it, it was hot.

Staffs, location and quality all great and I highly recommend this hotel especially they helped me with my father and provide a wheelchair for him, and i there is one handsome employee i liked in the reception Ms. Anna she is beautiful and always smiling and helpful

Just a perfect option to stay in Sarajevo. Sleep quality, facilities, comfort, breakfast, staff, gym, parking, location - all is excellent.
Maybe just slippers could have been a bit of a higher quality, nothing else.

1.For the parking lot they were not willing to help, first they told that they do not have any area then stuff take their own car to let our car park. (what a thankful move) We came from long distance and this was absolutely not welcoming.
2.Room was smelling terrible with smoke and they could not change the room. Stuff came to room and told us it is ozon smell not smoke then they told they do not smell anything (absolutely there is the smell). the only suggestion was to exchange room with my family (what an intelligent idea?!)
3.Capacity of the breakfast area does not meet with the room capcity, you have a chaos in the morning because they do not have enough cuttlets and plates etc. (do not take that much reservations if you cant manage it.)
