I think last bus is 7:30pm Taxi cost around Zante to Alikanas from in front of port around €24

the few small issues we did have ie double bed instead of twins toilet not flushing were taken care of straightaway rooms came with air con no extra charge

first room only had a fan would recommend air con in all rooms

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were kept clean. The position was perfect.

We didn't dislike anything.

Good location close to the beach

It was a truly horrible experience for the following reasons: 1) There was no wifi in the rooms, to the contrary of the information and description posted in the advertisement. I was meant to be working remotely and the lies contained on the webpage had serious consequences for my work. I confronted the owner who simply shrugged her shoulder. She told me to work from the downstairs restaurant where there was wifi, only that the place was incredibly noisy (25 tables, 80 customers, children screaming, cars and motorbikes racing by) and I was meant to be doing some work-related phone calls and online meetings. Needless to say I couldn't do any of them. I would have never chosen to stay in this place if I had known that the information in the description was a lie. 2) The advertisement clearly stated that there was a stovetop in the room, which would have allowed me to cook my meals. This was another main reason why I chose this place. There was no stovetop whatsoever and when I confronted the owner, she just raised her eyes to the ceiling, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. 3) The advertisement clearly stated that towels were included in the room. There was none whatsoever. When I told the owner, she couldn't care less and never provided me with a towel. 4) The kitchen in the room was indescribably dirty. Someone had placed dirty dishes in the shelves and there were cockroaches running around. 5) The bed mattress was so old and in such a poor quality that the springs were almost popping out. It was horrible sleeping on it and feeling the springs in my back all night. As a result, my back was hurting like crazy when I woke up in the morning. 6) The advertisement clearly stated that there was a washing machine included in the room. There was none whatsoever.

We booked a triple room with Air conditioning. We got a double room , NO air conditioning Leaking toilet , just put gaffer tape round it Taps leaking on to floor , took nearly a week to get it repaired

It is in a great place. The beach is near, there is a Spar near by.

We didn't had essentials like toilet paper, sponge & dishwashing fluid. But all in all we did not expect too much for this price

it was in the heart of the town but set back enough to minimise the noise

Location is central, WiFi was fast and air-conditioning was included in the price which was good

Upon first meeting the owner i told him my name and he kept asking if i was someone by another name i said no and told him my name again three times before he left it alone, this was concerning as i felt like he didnt even know who was booked in that day. There wasnt a bin in our main room just a communal bin outside. We would leave the room at 12pm come back at 4pm and then be back out between 7:30pm and 2am the cleaner knocked once (at about 10am) in a five day visit and on our last full day the owner knocked and told us off for not being out the room enough and the cleaner could never get in. I told him she only knocked once and we were leaving the following day so it was a bit late to do this. My parents had booked the hotel before i visited otherwise i would have told them to go somewhere else, when they stayed for a week the cleaner came twice and that includes to clear the toilet bin which shows maybe it wasnt because we were in the room the cleaner just seems lazy.

Location good. Price cheap.

Arrived on the Thursday and room didn't get cleaned till the Sunday. I have no issues about cleaning my own room but given it's Greece someone should have come in to empty bin in the toilet. I could not find anyone to ask about getting bin emptied and ended up doing it myself and putting bag in big bin on the landing which isn't exactly hygienic. Ended up using a carrier bag till cleaner came on the Sunday. Was there fora week and cleaner came again late Wednesday afternoon and changed the bedding. This seems a waste as was going home the next day. Toilet flush didn't work properly either. Given the price for a week I didn' t expect a 5 star room but after looking at reviews they say cleanliness is good I was disappointed. If the room would have been cleaned ( at least toilet bin emptied) more often I would have rated this property higher.

I really recommend this place. Apartment was really clean and good equipped. Very good location. The host is very nice person, he is always smile and ready to help. It was really good time for me and my friends in Levante Studios. Thank you :)

My stay at Levante place was cool. Very lovely and super well located studio. Restaurants, bar and supermarket super close (literally 15/20 steps). Good air conditioning. A beautiful and calm beach where you can go and relax near by. Amazing value for money.

Shower too small, wifi didn't work well. There was detergent, but not sponge in the kitchen for washing dishes.

no kettle had to borrow one from a friend ,beds were hard but of the usual standard for the budget

The rooms are quite basic and I had to ask for a kettle but this arrived within half an hour. The rooms were cleaned every day and the people we saw were very friendly.

Nice clean room and close to all the restaurants and 10min walk to the beach the rooms have everything you need to cook and make your own food if you don't want eat out
