One of the AC MiniSpits was malfunctioning. Bummer for the first night. SOHO people came promptly the next morning and had it fixed. The Apartment need another MiniSplit on the Living Room and newer cooking ware. The Apartment is well kept and is very nice. The property - Condo - agreement does not allow any type of visitors on the premisses, which came to us as a bad surprise - we had gone to Santa Martha to see friends / family and could not get any visits. Nice beach... access is about 100 meters off the beach - but nice. Building in construction, did not affect us at all. Considering the restrictions, somewhat overpriced.

Beautiful pool area and view, apartment is ok.

Very bad service, too many restrictions to enjoy a beautiful facility

It was clean, comfotable, modern and although advertised without hot water it did have.

The position wasn’t as good as I had expected - advertised as beachfront but in reality barely ! However this did not upset us too much and we had a great time! A suggestion that costs very little but goes a long way would be a couple of large bottles of water in the fridge.
