it is really comfortable and extremely clean

the apartment is ground floor and the very large window does not lock at all so using a key for the door is a farce. also noise could be a problem if all 4 apartments are in use. also payment in cash is ridiculous given the location - we stayed 3 nights and really struggled to pay in cash

The location was great, very close to the main square.

They asked us to pay in cash, they didn't take any credit or debit cards, nor bank transfers. This is inconvenient for people who are staying for several days. Also, you have to wash the dishes before leaving, otherwise, they'll charge you.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Perhaps a bit too expensive for what it is. Only hotel in Argentina that didn't waive the 21% tourist tax (as they didn't take cards) bringing the bill even higher. Quite inflexible in requests - flat decline of late checkout, took USD but not EUR even though cambio was 50 metres away. In the room there is an inventory of the equipment and the price you get to pay for each item you damage. On the wall in the kitchen there is a note saying that doing the dishes isn't included in the room service and there is a $6 penalty for unwashed dishes.
