Amazing views and the food is top notch. The staff is very helpful, earnest, and always there when you need them. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.

Very nice place in a quiet location. Nature and birds will enjoy you each morning at wake up. The hotel is in a small narrow street close to other houses but it is a really charming place. In the house you will enjoy a nice guest room where everybody share breakfast and you can stay for working or else. Team is really nice, but only Chinese speaker. So prepare yourself if nobody speak Chinese in your team :) Although it gives a really "lost in translation" feeling

If you come there for working, forget the Free WIFI, really hard to connect (a Chinese phone number is required) and even connected really unstable connection. Fortunately we have come there with a Chinese 5G sims that help us to remains connected. Another point, rooms door let to much sound come in. really disturbing when people are talking in the corridor

Love the quiet location just off the westlake park. the room and bathroom were clean, I got the exact room on the listing photos. the receptionist was super helpful in sending me location pins of the places i wanted to go. which helped because i could use the local Gaode map to get around, even with my limited Chinese skills... the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the toilet seat had a fancy bidet with a seat warmer which may not sound very important, but when the weather is cold it's really nice to have...

the only thing about the building is, there is no elevator, so if you have a big suitcase, be prepared for it. But! the receptionist helped me cart my bag up the stairs too!

This guesthouse is perfect for a leisure trip. The neighborhood is very clean and quite. The location is right beside the West Lake and you can also take a bus to the mountains or city center or wherever you want within 20 mins. The best thing of staying here is when you wake up in the morning, the room will be bathed in the sunshine and you can breathe in fresh air from the mountains.

The area was near West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, and a whole bunch of other small historic spots, in a lush forested area. It is easy to walk to the Lake, take a taxi or bus to more distant spots, or bicycle to many places of interest. There are also a variety of Chinese cuisine restaurants within walking distance. There are a lot of opportunities to try the local cuisine. The property is small but charming, with extremely helpful and friendly staff, who were ready to help with taxis and sightseeing advice. The breakfast is Chinese style, but the meal varies each day, and is nicely cooked. If you want a quieter place with a lot of nature and fresh air, this is an excellent choice.

I had no complaints about the property itself, but the location is more suburban than urban, which means that if you are looking for an active night life scene, easy access to convenience stores or shops, or other city conveniences, you will have to travel a bit of a distance.
