The design is amazing. every single thing is thought through. very cozy.

Delicious, generous breakfasts. Pool was a real bonus, our son loved it and it was open long hours. Sunbeds were provided inside around the pool and outside. The location was great, really close to the beach, beautiful sea views from our room. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing holiday at La Villa! Great facilities- kettle and Nespresso machine in the room!

Room service could have been a little more regular- just emptying the bin daily and refilling the coffee capsules, but these are very minor details. We really loved everything about La Villa!

Good location. Nice breakfast but bought from bakery next door so they couldn't really go wrong with that. No cups for coffee only cereal bowls to drink from! Owner was pleasant but very limited English spoken. Everyone else was French so he spoke to them. The pool is the nicest thing about the place (hence all the photos of it on the website) but the dead looking plants around it rather spoilt the look of it.

The rooms are in the attic accessed by a nightmare steep and narrow staircase with a wobbly hand rail. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or over 65. Our room was full of bric-a-brac including feathers hanging on the walls. The bathroom curtains were pieces of dirty black fabric hanging off coat hangers. There was no where to put soap/shower gel in the shower and water leaked from the shower base (no shower tray) as it was above floor level so you had to wait for the water to drain away before opening the door. The shower hose holder was broken. Very low (head banging) ceilings under the eaves. Windows were jammed open so couldn't shut out the noise of the local cockerel which started at 5.30am and crowed solidly for at least three hours every morning. We left two days early as we couldn't stand it anymore!

the owner, the house, the room, the swimming pool, the open kitchen (great breakfast), the all “like home” feeling was just perfect.

downside is the lack of real city center (even a small one) accessible by walk. and the big lights stay on all night which was really bothering as the curtain weren’t covering it all.

Xavier and his wife made my family and very welcome as we snuck in a weekend break at their charming B & B. Comfortable beds. Generous breakfast thrown into the cost that certainly kept us fuelled well into the afternoon. Xavier very kindly gave us a lift to a resturant in the next town and picked us up again afterwards. Very peaceful residential location. A stones throw from the beach and huge cliffs to walk below and from above. The local town of Treport was enjoyable-loads of resturants and a free fenicular to ascend the cliffs for more amazing views. If you want a peaceful break to recharge you couldn't do better.

Beautiful decorated B&B, clean room with a good shower, spacious community area, parking lots on the street in front of the building, tasty breakfast, friendly host, if you like you can use the swimming pool, Tréport is 5 minute drive away, little beach on a 100m walk.

Very comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Great location and facilities. Very welcoming owners.

The informal and welcoming atmosphere was nice as were the creatively decorated rooms.
