It was a perfect spot, lovely condo. Ice maker broke and faucet in kitchen was bad, but worth it for the pluses

The location is great, literally right on the beach. The pool is nice to cool off in, small but fun. The condo itself is nice, the bedrooms are exactly how they are pictured. We all slept well. We had 5 guests and plenty of space. The unit has some wear and tear, which is to be expected, just a heads up if you are a perfectionist. I would go back for a 3rd time, if time allowed.

Location, location, location! This place is situated perfectly on Maderia Beach. It’s within walking distance of several great eateries, mini golf, etc. It’s also on the trolley line that runs between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater. The sand is perfect with nice chaise loungers available for rent.

The bedspreads were brown with dirt. The laundry room was cluttered with a disgusting dirty mop and bucket. The toilets were dirty around the rims. Not paper towels or toilet paper. I heavy picture fell off the wall because it was not hung properly. Thank god my daughter had left the night before because it fell on the bed. I can go on but I’m not . I suggest you get a new cleaning service

The property had a fantastic view and plenty of space. We had seven adults with us and there was room for all. The only issue that we had was the fact that there is only one parking space. Since we had seven adults with us we needed to vehicles. We had to purchase parking from the hotel across the street which wasn't too terrible. Overall a very good stay!

The location of this apartment is the highlight. right on the beach, easy access. quite and relaxing. however, it goes downhill from there. The apartment was old, outdated. bathroom toilet continues to run all day long. master bed room door can't open/shut properly. apartment floor was dirty.

Loved the location and the beach was perfect. Check in was easy and communication was great! Place could have been cleaner, floor was filthy and walking into the bathrooms you could see a big black ring around the inside of the toilets, there was mold in the water spigot on the fridge. All that said we would stay here again, all the good things about this place outweighed the bad. When we checked in the curtain rods on bedroom and balcony doors were on the floor, they had fallen off the walls, they had people there fixing them the next morning and we were pleased with how quickly they came to fix the issue and they were very nice.

We didn’t realize there was dedicated parking and the parking pass was hidden in the corner of the kitchen, needless to say our car was towed. Also every time we returned from an adventure Someone was in our parking spot. We wasted a great deal dealing with the parking but the actual condo was great!

We enjoyed 4 nights at Madiera Beach. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, the proximity and beauty of the beach. We plan to return!

We just finished up our 6th year at Las Brisas and love the area. This room was the perfect location for the family! I did provide some feedback to the property management company based on this condo compared to the other's we have stayed in so hopefully they fix what is needed to make it as good as the others! We will definitely be back to The Las Brisas next year!

The good: condo was perfect for us-2 adults and 5 teenage girls. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Beds were comfy. Right across the street from several restaurants. The view was spectacular and the beach was very nice. There were some beach chairs and toys in the condo that we used. Beach loungers with canopies were available for rent right outside of the building on the beach.
The ok: There was sand everywhere. Although the floors appeared clean, there was sand all over from the moment we arrived. I get that it is inevitable given the location. It would have been nice to have some throw rugs throughout, especially in the bedrooms, to wipe the sand off of our feet. We were using bath towels as rugs by the beds. The pool was underwhelming and there is no hot tub. The building itself is old and the elevator is really slow. And a cookie sheet would be a nice addition to the kitchen ;)

The balcony on the beach was perfect. Quiet beautiful mornings and priceless sunsets. The beach was clean and well maintained. Great to have the beach cabanas to rent. Location is close to anything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ll start off with the pros; the view is amazing.
The Cons: check-in time was 3 PM, we waited until 330 to finally get a text confirmation with the codes to let us in. The unit was dirty when we initially walked in the icemaker didn’t work the unit was old and outdated, the slider door handle fell off. All the appliances are old and outdated, but the biggest kicker are the cockroaches. We had multiple friends stay in multiple different units on different floors And each one of us had numerous cockroaches in every unit we called to see what the rental management companies wanted to do and how to make this right because all of the women are completely grossed out, they simply just said will have pest control, come and spray. For the amount of money we paid for these units is absolutely ridiculous considering the conditions of all the units that we seen in the buildings. We have stayed in Madeira Beach multiple times at different resorts and have never paid as much as we have paid this year for spring break and trust me we will never stay there again .

The floors were so filthy! Our feet turned black from walking on them and there was so much sand on the floor as well. This was from the first second we walked into the condo. There was a disgusting mop in the laundry room which may explain why the floors were so filthy. I called and told the property manager, but nothing was done about it. Was hoping for a partial refund on the cleaning fee. It was literally the only thing about the condo that was wrong. Everything else was great. But the floor was so disgusting I can't let it go.

Great views off the patio on the beach! Wonderful sunsets!
We were very happy with the location of the property but the condo itself needs a good cleaning! The air vents were filthy, the floors were dirty, it was not clean under the beds, under the couch, drawers. The kitchen was not stocked well at all, shortage of silverware, baking dishes etc. The pots and pans needed replacement, no cover for the blender, the dishwasher didn't always work.
The condo smelled musty when you walked in, the curtains were dirty.
The pool was nice and it was very close to a trolley stop, good eating place across the street.

This was our 12th visit to the area and I have to say this was the best property yet. It was close enough to shops and restaurants to walk, but the beach was still very quiet.
There was ample room for four adults and two children, and all the furniture was extremely comfortable. My kids were sad that they didn't find the games in the TV stand until the day before we left!

The location of this unit is great. Nice pool area, and right on the beach. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the water. Unit was as described. Everything was good, except that it had cockroaches.

The balcony furniture was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and TP. The in unit laundry was awesome! Also loved the dual sinks in the bathrooms. The king mattress was a bit soft for our liking but there are plenty of beds to use. It had pretty much everything we needed and you can’t beat the view. Loved listening to the waves and people watching from the balcony. Walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream.
All in all, we had a great time.

Very nice rental! Only complaint was the amount of bath towels. We had 5 people and was provided 6 towels. I did contact the rental company and they did offer to give more towels but said I needed to come pick them up. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer. Surprisingly the closets were full of floats and noodles that were put to great use in the gulf. Thank you again!!!

Arrived to multiple issues (broken and sharp patio door handle, cabinets missing handles and broken/ falling off, toilet plugged up and condo dirty- linens on beds dirty, furniture not wiped off, urine on back of toilet, leftover food particles in fridge, dirty laundry from previous occupants under bed. Both housekeeping staff and maintenance were very friendly and helpful however staff available via phone to assist with concern were not all very friendly, especially to assist with concerns on eve of holiday weekend. Seems poorly managed by company.

Had a good time, area was nice, but would not rent this unit again
Getting there and check in was all easy, it was exactly as described in the ad. Nice location with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The condo was large enough to accommodate our entire family including six adults and three kids. The only issue we had was with the parking; the unit has only one assigned parking spot and we had two rental cars to get our entire family there and around while there. There is no additional visitor parking and the other parking in the area is all tow away zones and strictly enforced. We attempted to contact the property management several times for guidance, but they did not return our calls or messages. Was very frustrated with the situation an very disappointed they did not return our calls. After much running around, we finally had to purchase a parking pass from the Madeira Beach City Hall ($125) and park a mile down the street…it was very inconvenient! If we had known about the parking limitation ahead of time we could have made other arrangements - be aware.

This one continues to have barely functional washer and dryer. Also the dish washer has real problems and there are missing knobs on the cabinets.
