Direct access to the piste, really ski-in, ski-out. Tip: if using ESF, the Plagne Soleil meeting point is skiable from the front door. the Plagne Villages meeting point involves a walk.
Pool was nice for the kids, but the "hot tub/jacuzzi" was just an alcove in the pool, i.e. the water was only swimming temperature, not hot, so wasn't great for sitting in while the kids were swimming.

Location. Door to slope skiing. Walking distance from Plagne Village with ski shop, ESF ski school and Spar.

Excellent ski in/ski out location. Onsite restaurant was very good. Swimming pool area was also of high standard.
Would prefer to have an oven rather than just a combination microwave.

Everything we needed. Comfortable, clean. I've written a review before so the same applies. Lovely place, great snow for the time of year 9th - 16th April.
nothing.

Excellent location for families. Ski in & Ski out with a lovely swimming pool at the end of the day. Shops & restaurants are not too far away. Ski school is near by, and we were lucky enough to have an apartment overlooking the ski slopes.
The checking in & checking out process is painful- but then it always is with skiing resorts!
We booked a slot for the apartment check when we wanted to leave & waited in our room but no one came, we went to reception twice and the guy there said wait in your room & someone will come. After an hour of waiting we gave up and got on the road, as we had a long journey & this was just adding to the stress! No one seemed to care & the reception had no way of communicating with the apartment check person. Such a terrible system!

amazing ski in ski out location. perfect for our large family catering for 3 years old to 75 year old. restaurant is brilliant - perfect location. hotel room is very modern and clean with great balcony.
pool a little chilly and when checking in it's a bit of a maze to find your room

Very comfortable warm rooms, lovely restaurant, amazing location. Ski slopes outside hotel, dont need to walk too far.
1.5 / 5.0
The location was perfect, right next to the ski slopes.
Unfortunately, it is the only good thing about this hotel.
The double bed and the pillows were super cheap and not at all comfortable. The sofa bed was even worse.
The kitchen was just groomed slightly, not cleaned, and let's joke about any sort of disinfection.
The dishes, the cutlery were sticky, and the cabinets were dirty.
The staff was rather courteous however not very helpful.

Free parking outside
Nice view
Ski to the door
Staff were friendly and helpful
We were expecting a high qualify place/appartment (especially for the price) but we were quite disappointed. A shame as issues are fairly small and could be easily rectified to improve customer satisfaction. However, there are too many small issues which means we will not return..
Had to wait one hour for appartment despite that appartments are already available late (5pm).
Appartment not clean upon arrival. Had to hoover, dust, clean..
No cleaning offered during stay
Dirty beds (matter covers and pillows full of hair and dust) - had to hoover the beds and pillows but pointless as they were just dirty. Same with sofa.
No basic soap in the appartment
A number of appliances not working upon arrival (tv, dishwasher) as well as machine for ski pass
No washing machine
Pool closes too early in the evening therefore the pool is over crowded. Water not warm enough and too much chemicals (painful red eyes very quickly)
Extra cost to use sauna and steamroom
1 key per appartment
A major downside - Really bad internet/wifi. Could no access the internet most of the time.
Possibility to order fresh bread and pastries every day but cash only each day
No bus transfer to the centre of La Plagne/to ski schools. Really difficult with little ones who cannot yet ski down the mountain. Thankfully, we took ski lessons with Oxygene who had buses to pick us up from the appartment and to drop us off in the evening. Taxis charge 20 euros for a 5 minute drive.
They don't clear the snow and ice around the place, at the entrance, and in the parking, or they do it too late when people have already left for the day. We had to put the snow chains just to leave the parking!
Finally, we could get the discount for the skis and lift passes as we booked via Booking.com and didn't book via their site.

close to slopes
really difficult to find our way around the property.

Amazing ski to door, central location. Great apartment, with balcony and well equipped little kitchen. good sized dining table. good amount of wardrobe/storage space. nice shower in bath.
All small stuff, but also easy to fix. Miserly not to provide simple basics enough for the stay (bin bags, loo roll etc). Nearest communal bins three buildings and a car park away. bin bags not in the bin on arrival. cheap materials, eg duvet and sofa covering. would be good to have a little oven.

Location was great (next to ski slope), also the wellness spa on site was a big plus. Swimming pool also adds value.
- Hygiene in the rooms (we found a lot of dust and some pens under the bed.
- Staff could be a more friendly when questions asked.
- Some more info about access to swimming pool (how to obtain "Covid Free" wristbands etc...)

the location was perfect. on the piste. close to bus stop, spar shop, small cosy restaurants, ski rental. Dining area & living room were very nice and kitchenette well equipped. Good lockers for ski's.
the pool was nice but water was cold, the single beds were really small,

the pool, the location, the kitchen was well equiped
the walking way to the entrance was terribly slippery during our stay and there was nothing done about it by Odalyse. We had to walk through the whole building in order to avoid falling. There are not enough elevators for loading and un loading the car.The flats are simple and some of the beds are not suitable for adults. It’s definitely not how I see a 4 star residence. It’s really poorly isolated you hear everything as If the neighbors were inside of your flat.
4.0 / 5.0
Ski in, ski out immediately on the decent blue ski run. A restaurant in the facility is also a bonus. reception open 24/7.
A cleaning kit wasn't available. There was nothing to entertain kids in the hotel (e.g. table tennis, billiard, etc.)
4.0 / 5.0
Location, privacy (quiet even on Christmas)
slippery path between the buildings, could be sprinkled with sand or salt.
the presence of a sauna is great, but even by signing up and paying for it, you have to break through
4.5 / 5.0
Quality building and location/ parking is great - right on a blue piste just above Bergeret lift. It really is 'ski in,ski out'.
Very 'dog friendly' residence.
Synthetic quilt and pillows causing high static charges - quite painful at times.
Other dog owners not clearing their dog mess even though 'poo bags' were provided.
4.5 / 5.0
Good location and very helpful staff.
We should put bed cover ourselves. It was not so good for 4stars residence.
Room need more lighting for the night.
3.5 / 5.0
Location direct on the piste, close to grocery shops, variety of restaurants in close proximity. Free parking in front and underground parking (for 50 Eur per week charge).
We stayed with the two of us in the apartment for up to 6 people, it was nice, clean and spacious for the two of us however with full occupancy it would have been challenging. One of the bedrooms has no doors so no privacy and there is only 1 bathroom and toilet, very little room to store your belongings. Building has quite confusing design which takes some time to find your ways. Only two lifts (of which only one stops at ground floor) are non stop busy in peak times.

The location to the slopes, protected parking. The hotel got ski passes for us
The pool was chilly
