This was the worst room in my whole Thailand Trip, The bed was broken and I got my back pain by living in that room and It was far away from the main road like you have to walk like 1KM for just to get to your room from the entrance of the hotel and the weird thing is they won't let your taxi, ride to drop at the room and I always had to walk. Don't just look at the pricing people, this is the WORST you could do during your drip.

War total nicht wie auf dem werbefoto, nicht ebenerdig sondern im hintersten Eck des Resorts und im 2ten Stock. Narürlich ohne lift und den Pool vor dem Haus nicht gepflegt und natürlich auch nicht benutzt.

The house quite old, some of air conditioner didn’t work, the shower should be improve.

Staffs don't know english. Very hard to communicate.

There was transportation from the reception to your room if needed (rather a long walk).

The room was in need of decorating skirting boards was falling off the wall rising damp. The bathroom you could smell the drains

it was close to Jomtien Beach

The air conditioner broke & leaked water on the floor. When I complained about I was told that I should have reported it immediately. But it broke in the middle of the night & we were asleep. When I requested another pillow they want to charge me for it. Our room was on the 2nd floor with an entry door that was open all the time. came back in the early hours & the door was closed & the lock broken so we could not get in. called the staff& instead of coming to open the door, they called someone else on the same floor, woke them up to come let us in. They were not happy at all.

I thought the room would be on beach road not overlooking second road

intention was to book a room near the beach. but the pictures are deceiving. none of that.

pictures don’t show exact location where they appoint you a room. so in the end you will be put in a room not even close to what you want. Staff was terrible for Thai standard of hospitality.

After 30 hours of travelling ,they showed me my room ,it was dirty and the bed looked like there was someone still in it ,the hole place was run down, it does not look like the add at all ,this place needs to be taken of booking.com,i never stayed there so requesting money back B/N 3680055212 please,20 years ago the pictures were taken of this place
