на ресепшне администратор кашлял без конца.. рот не закрывал, приходилось отходить от него подальше.

Заселялся поздним вечером и таксист смог найти отель не с первого раза. Даже несмотря на то, что я показал ему адрес на китайском языке ... Если бы отель разместит схему проезда на booking.com, это намного бы ускорило поиск отеля, так как сам район пустынный и безлюдный, спросить про отель не у кого При заселение предложили мне поздний ужин совершенно бесплатно, ужин простой- но сытный :) Завтрак вполне себе достойный. Трансфер до аэропорта понятный и быстрый, 10 минут и вы в аэропорту. Можно смело рекомендовать для проживания в ночь перед отлетом!

В номере не было сейфа и холодильника.

We asked for a non smoking room but the room smelt awful.

We chose this hotel as it was close to our arrival terminal and offered shuttle bus service. The hotel is well presented with pleasant ambiance. The facilities were ideal for our night stop before setting off to London the following day.

I paid the agreed room rate on arrival but refused to leave a deposit, as we were just night stopping. This appeared to cause reception an issue which they discussed with management before proceeding with our check in. Our room then appeared to be changed and on arrival items were being removed. The mini bar was locked and the room also had an odour of cigarettes, which was disappointing as we had requested non smoking, but due to the few hours we would spend there, we decided not to request further change. We also find that hotels in China don't seem to have many Europeans at present which probably accounts for the very limited breakfast choice for non Chinese visitors.

It’s a good choice if you are after an stop over to get your flight early in the morning

This hotel exceeded my expectation IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT. Arrived at around 10pm with their free pick-up service, staff were so friendly during check-in and arranged a room away from elevator per my request. At the time hotel restaurant was already closed, but to my surprise they managed to serve late-light snack for guests arriving late! What's more, after I entered my room the staff delivered welcome fruit platter in person. Within the room there was a movie projector, comfy bed and a decent balcony where you can watch planes landing and taking off, and the soundproof with the balcony door and window closed was amazing as well. Early next morning the staff packed my breakfast and I made it on time with the onward flight again with free airport drop-off service. It is these little things that distinguish an average hotel from an exceptional one, and I must say, well done to you guys!

1. The staffs were very helpful in answering my inquiries about their airport shuttle service. The reservation team had great communication skills and great customer service. 2. The hotel room I stayed was fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. All the appliances were available as advertised.

Not a huge issue but I received the call to confirm their shuttle service in the early morning, even though I did that already the night before.

Although the receptionist was nice and helpful it was hard to communicate with her because of poor English. The vibes of the hotel were pretty cold and bit weird. I found the window open and the room was definitely cold. The AC system set up was very complicated to manage.
