This is a lovely hotel. Our room was small, but the furnishings and decor were top quality. The bed was very comfortable. And the staff members we met were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was very well received. The hotel is very good and the breakfast very generous. I recommand it.

Nothing. extremely poor and cheap management. I had a situation that I needed accommodation and it was declined. when I called the hotel property, the lady told me “it’s not my problem” - which is extremely rude. also, today in the morning, I saw a lady getting bread during breakfast when it opened at 7am, however, one of the front desk lady’s, tall with black glasses, removed her plate from the lady’s hands (guest) which made her clearly embarrassed. this hotel is the worst in terms of customer respect, value and appreciation.

Christina at the reception is gold! She helped us in many ways e.g. with road trip plans. Always helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious (superior) Breakfast was good

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Room was small but bed was comfy and facilities were good.

For me breakfast could be improved. Eggs were on a hot plate but went cold by the time I got to the table. No beans, tomatoes or other good hot options for vegetarians but if you’re happy with a continental breakfast, this would suit you as there was lots more choice.

Location is ideal for the tourist, all attractions are around the hotel, so when we r tired, can go to hotel and rest for some time.

Fabulous location, very nice breakfast, very clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would like to single out one of the employees — a young woman named Christina, or perhaps Kristina, who was remarkably helpful as well as being cheerful and friendly. She made our stay even better through her recommendations, directions and advice, and she helped us locate a missing tablet in the Oslo airport. She is a real treasure!

Our single rooms were very small even by European standards, and we could have used more places to put things. It was difficult to find room to open a suitcase all the way. We didn’t see the double rooms; perhaps they are larger.
