Sausage and bacon and eggs excellent, Stayed 2 nights inconsistent service in waiting for items to be cooked first morning 5 mins which was excellent, 2nd morning 20 mins wait at least and no apology
Watched someone clean a floor of a spill then clean someone’s mug which had been put on a table not sure if same cloth was used, but weird thing to do from server ! Wait time on cooked items unacceptable really long, orange juice is not a good quality!

Spacious, clean mini-apartment in centre of Aberdeen. Breakfast included. I would always take this hotel in Aberdeen
Small downside is that it is difficult to drive to yourself, though possible. Parking options offered. Taxis can pickup at the rear.

The time which breakfast was served
Breakfast was the let down for the hotel the staff never spoke could catch someone’s eye to order the extra breakfast item
As we had never stayed before I would of expected to be asked this when I entered the breakfast and greeted with a morning from the staff

The location was very convenient, the bus stop for the airport bus was right next to the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by bars, cafes and a shopping center is right next to it. The staff was really helpful, they gave us some really nice recommendations.

Good breakfast included in the room price. Much better than I expected. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Mini kitchenette in room very useful for chilled evening if you don't want to eat out. Also having laundry facilities was great as we were travelling by train and therefore backpacks! Hotel is in a quiet spot with no traffic; but plenty of cafes/restaurants etc nearby.

Great location, attentive staff.
Disappoited slightly because we had taken our dog and on arrival discovered that we had to be on the lower floor... no view as expected and actually why we had booked the hotel. Apart from this, the room was as described, although there were no bathrobes or slippers as advertised.
