* Had to call for checkin information when already at the property * Very pricey for the amenities (double the price of any other stay around the NC500) * Had to take of bedding + take out waste, not what you expect for the price.

We were overnighting in Ullapool before the Stornaway ferry in the morning and this was exactly as it had been advertised and fitted what we needed. We were able to walk into Ullapool for dinner and back again, which was great.

Comfortable furniture. Clear communications upon arriving.

Lots of cleanup at end, which we didn’t realize until after we left. Shower a bit difficult to operate. Took a while for apartment to get warm. Would have preferred an extra bed pillow.

even though it clearly states no cooking facilities, these would be handy, especially as the restaurants in the town were either fully booked or shut!

A very comfortable first floor flat with lovely sitting room and cozy bedrooms. The remaining facilities were sparse but ample for our one night stay.

Again, no message received prior to arrival so had to contact owner. Quickly sorted. Although we were fully aware of the "no Kitchen" status, it would be useful to know "Take Away" food is welcome and disposable cutlery is available. Found it rather disconcerting that for the most expensive ONE Night Stay over the whole weeks worth of our NC500 tour, WE were expected to strip beds and remove rubbish? Cheeky to say the least.......unlikely to recommend!

We received a note on the windscreen of our car advising us that it was private parking and we shouldn’t be there? Maybe a sign for guests to display on their dashboard on arrival would reassure the neighbourhood watch that we are supposed to be parked there.

The location was perfect. It was very quiet and a short walk from the town. The apartment felt like home comforts! And we were still provided with a kettle, fridge and mugs which I thought was well thought through! The Lady I spoke to also was very kind and did her best to make us feel welcome.

The only thing that didn't neet expectations was the beds. However you could easily put that down to personal preference.

It was a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very convenient stop on the NC500.

The fridge was leaking but it is a matter of quick fixing. Nothing major disrupted our stay.

Great location to explore the area. It was convenient for our onward journey.

No kitchen was a problem but we knew about it.

The apartment is compact and well maintained. Very clean and with some lovely homely touches. Warm and comfortable. The host was very professional and genuinely helpful.

Tiny niggle, I felt the plastic glasses were a little off with the apartment vibe, but I assume as no kitchen this is a practical choice - for me it just felt odd. Also maybe the cleaner should keep an eye on the bedroom clock - it had stopped. I had a mini heart attack before realising this lol.

The property was clean and comfortable and great location.

Beds were super comfy and the free tea and coffee was superb, good shower

A microwave would be a nice addition however understand that there's no kitchen so only a suggestion
