A clean newish unit 20 mins very hilly walk to the beach. Lots of stairs so not suitable for little children. No air conditioning (or wireless internet that we knew of) but most of the time there was a sea breeze. It suited what we wanted pretty well, but we wouldn’t make a point of staying there again.

All of us enjoyed our stay at this property. My extended family and I were impressed with the property. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything to cook meals for all of us. Facilities listing says linen provided: towels available. It didn't say - towels provided, so we brought our own towels. Towels were indeed provided and they were so clean and fresh. Thanks. Two suggestions - a coffee table in the sitting room would be more comfortable and light blocking curtain in the master BR would also be nice, especially for elderly people like us.

The house was clean and close to shops, the beach and the Native Garden. We had a great time!

Easy check in and out process. Nice and clean modern duplex house, well equipped kitchen also catering for kids! 2 sets of bunks and a main queen bed with plenty of pillows. Toilets and bathrooms were well equipped with towels, hand wash and toilet paper.
I felt the stairs were a bit of a hazard for the kids or even the adults especially the tiled stairs doesn't make the stairs clearly visible.
The TV was playing up a bit on the first night but then it was working again the next day.
Close drive (>5min) to the beach, Kiama Blowhole, and main street of eateries.

Clean, comfortable and pretty surrounds
My extended family and I had a lovely stay and we were impressed with the property. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything to allow us to cook dinner for six people. The garden was such a sweet spot to enjoy the sunshine. Would love to stay here again.

Quite place to switch off
Came to stay with my 2 friends and it was great. Weren’t used too the hills but quite street with barely any traffic noises. Not far away from the beaches or the little town, definitely would come back here again.

We loved our stay at this property, very clean and tidy The neighbourhood is very beautiful and the most important thing it’s walking distance to the beach.

Amazing stay
Had a wonderful stay. Property had everything you needed, so much space too! Perfect location with lovely walk to the Surf Beach and bowling club. Also handy direct access to the tourist drive to Jamberoo and Minnamurra Rainforest. Highly recommend for families, I traveled with a 5 year old. Also perfect for those with older children with the parents retreat room separated from the other rooms. (Nice touch)

Stayed here to do the cancelled L'Étape cycling event, very handy to the town and easy access to Saddleback.Only slight draw back is that it is on the route to the Highway so some traffic noise at night. Also no soap bars, there was was plenty of liquid soap however.

Great for a week
Great house for a group of friends, location makes it easy to walk to beach or town. Kitchen well fitted out. would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spacious home, which was perfectly clean and inviting. The check in process could not have been easier and Jennie was excellent at communicating with us.
Would highly recommend and stay again! Close to everything you need, although I would recommend a car for Kiama!

Excellent Property
We stayed in this property for a week during the spring of 2016. It was easy to find, close to the freeway in a reasonably quiet area close to all amenities, it is about 20minutes leisurely walk to the beach/shops/railway station.
The fittings are of a very good quality, all amenities are provided, the beds are very comfortable. This property is very clean has a great double garage, a good BBQ area in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it is an ideal place for families. Thoroughly recommended.

Homey and cosy
We absuletly enjoyed our stay there, clean and tidy. The place is close to all attractions. There were a few close by beachs and mainly the blow hole.

Excellent place to stay with the family!!!
It was a great place to stay as the house was big and clean and had little extras such as netflix and Stan and DVDs. It was located near the shops and beach and the kiama blowhole. It is 10 mins drive to Jamberoo theme park. It was January 2016 we stayed.

We actually stayed for in 2016! Not 2015! Owners were very helpful, smiling & pleasant!
The house itself was immaculate! The furnishing, towels, and bed linen was top of the range which enabled us to feel as though we're staying in luxury. Each cupboard in each, bathroom, toilet, laundry & kitchen had cleaners in them. Kitchen was filled as if you lived there, with everything you need! Special touches were placed throughout like candles, and Nik naks. Was lovely to see that a lot of things they had there were earth friendly and/or organic! Absolutely amazing and comfortable! Would recommend to ANYONE! We have three kids under three and still easily managed with the stairs! Would love to return in the near future! nice extras like Netflix, usb for movies upstairs, speakers for music... This list could just go on and on!!

Great stay at Ocean Reach!
Really modern place that is extremely comfortable and spacious! The photos of the inside of the house don't do justice to how good everything looks. Also a very convenient location as it is a very close drive to some of Kiama'a attractions! Would come again and definitely recommend others to stay at this place!

Clean and roomy, convenient location
The property is very clean and modern and exactly what we were needed for a long weekend in Kiama. The property is very well appointed with everything required for a large group and very well maintained. Most importantly, it was very easy to contact the owner who was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

A well appointed, modern property
Ocean Reach is an delightful and well appointed property, it extends over 3 levels, which separates the living areas from the bedrooms very effectively. The master bedroom on the top level is HUGE. The property has many extras like some decent blockbuster books, DVDs and boardgames. The kitchen also has unexpected extras, like a sandwich press, food processor, and a selection of herbs and spices. There is outdoor seating and a barbecue in the back yard.
It is a few blocks back from the beach and from town, but on balance it is worth it for the reduced passing traffic.
Overall an excellent property and we would be delighted to return for another stay.
