KALAAL COTTAGE ist ein Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern und einer umgebauten Garage / Schlafgelegenheit, 2 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand von Callala Beach entfernt. Der Strand ist kindersicher und hundefreundlich mit einem Bereich ohne Leine am Ende unserer Straße.
Im Haus hat Schlafzimmer 1 ein Queensize-Bett, Schlafzimmer 2 ein Doppelbett und Schlafzimmer 3 ein Queensize-Bett. Die umgebaute Garage verfügt über zwei Dreibettbetten und ein Doppelbett. Diese Schlafkonfiguration ist ideal für zwei Familien, eine im Haus und eine in der Garage oder Eltern im Haus und Jugendliche in der Garage. Doonas und Kissen werden zur Verfügung gestellt, Sie müssen Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher liefern. Das Haus ist rauchfrei.
Das KALAAL COTTAGE liegt nur zwei Autostunden vom Sutherland Shire entfernt und ist vollständig eingezäunt und natürlich hundefreundlich. Die Wäsche ist mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett / Bügeleisen sowie einer zweiten Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet. Wir haben auch eine Außendusche für Salz und Sand.
Ein überdachter Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien mit Platz für 10 Personen und einem 6-Flammen-Grill, um das Beste aus einem entspannenden Sommerabendessen zu machen.
Das Haus kann das ganze Jahr über gemietet werden und wir haben eine Holzverbrennungsheizung für die kälteren Monate und Ventilatoren in allen Schlafzimmern für die wärmeren Tage.
Die Umgebung
Am Callala Beach gibt es ein Café und einen Stand-Up-Paddleboard- oder Kajakverleih sowie ein italienisches Restaurant und einen Imbiss. Der örtliche Country Club verfügt über ein schönes Restaurant sowie einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz und Bowling-Grüns, auf denen Sie barfuß Bowling spielen können.
In Callala Bay finden Sie eine IGA, eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger, ein Postamt, einen Zeitungsladen, einen Videoverleih, Köder und Ausrüstung, Hardware, einen Flaschenladen und eine Apotheke.
Es gibt ein Woolworths nur 10 Minuten entfernt am Culburra Beach.

We booked this accomodation for a family / employee holiday and because we have friends that live in the area. We couldn’t have asked for more, the place was beautiful. The host accommodated everything we required, having a seperate space for the kids / teens made the stay comfortable for all and with pets welcome we were able to bring our fur babies that gave us peace of mind. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed to feel at home and the location was wonderful. A big Thank you to Craig who is a wonderful host. We will definitely be recommending and staying again. Kangaroos right at your front door and the beach walking distance, what more could you ask for!

We had a wonderful stay. Craig was great with his communication. The property had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. Location was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen had more than enough cutlery, plates and cups for us. A very safe and secure yard for our dogs too.

It's cozy haven with all the amenities you need, excellent Wifi provided us with enjoyable evenings, allowing us to Chrome cast to TV and enjoy movies on the sofa.

We just had a 4-day stay in this property with 6 adults and some dogs. The property is very nicely fitted out and presented very well inside and out. The location is just terrific, and the enclosed yard allowed ample space for the dogs and gave us comfort that the dogs were secure.
Walking with the dogs both in the street and especially along the off-leash beach was delightful. We were blessed with great weather, all-in-all a fabulous stay.

We had a lovely stay here and found lots of great amenities to the place: renovated bathroom, easy clean floors, fully functional laundry and second bath, outdoor entertainment space and lots of helpful features for a beach holiday. There’s a few things that could be fixed up and no aircon on some hot humid days was noticeable, but loads of fans and the outdoor space was like a second living room. It’s not a glamorous stay, but very functional and convenient for spending time at the beach with your extended family.

The house offers everything you will need for a great beach holiday. Plenty of room for even 2 families with well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with tub and seperate toilet.
There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms which is nice on those warmer summer nights. Mattresses could be a bit softer for my liking.
The house is pet friendly which was the reason we stayed here, and our little Millie loved her first beach holiday in Callala.
Craig has great communication and answered all messages swiftly.

We loved our stay at this property. Having the undercover outdoor area was fabulous. There was plenty of room for our group of 10. The location is awesome with it being just a short stroll the the beach. The beach is beautiful, kid friendly and one of our favourites. A dryer would have been handy.

Great location. Clean premises . Good facilities in the house. Weather was a bit cooler, so maybe an extra heater in the large house wouldn’t go astray.

The property is simple yet has all you need to have an enjoyable stay.
Inside is pleasant and clean with lots of bedrooms and space for multiple families.
Outside has a decent sized undercover area with big table and BBQ.
Backyard is very secure for dogs.
Backroom is also well set up and would imagine older kids would love to stay out there without parents.
Location is really close to the beach.
Only 1 toilet which can be a downside when staying with multiple families however, wasn't an issue for us.
Overall, would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely weekend away
Kalaal is a lovely place to kick back and relax.
The house is well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is new and lovely. The backyard was fantastic for our little puppy and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Disappointing ..........
We had a number of issues during our stay which were very stressful. 1. could not securely close the front screen door or the back sliding door.
2. could not close the hot water tap in the kitchen sink, luckily my husband is a handyperson so he changed the laundry sink hot water tap to the kitchen sink tap.
3. we had ongoing issues with the gas cook top as it appear to have a build up of gas and each time we turned it on it would blow up the point that it would blow the burners out of their place. This is extremely dangerous as someone could be seriously burnt.
4. the fire alarm went off and we could not stop it.
I called the owner few times about these issues but felt that he really was not interested as these issues had not occurred to him. I believe that some financial compensation is due given that my 19 year daughter was to scared to cook breakfast in case she got burnt or blew the house up. I would like some feedback please. cheers Nicky

This property was spacious and clean, the yard was nice and secure for my reasonably big dog. It’s in a great spot just a block back from the beach and easy to get around to other coastal towns.

Best beach holiday
Excellent house in great location, pet friendly beach just 1-2 mins walk from the house. You can even hear the waves from the house. It was bit cold and rainy couple of days but thanks to Craig for providing the fire pit and wood… kids had so much fun in the bunk room…there are couple of bikes in the shed and the pantry is stocked really well…IGA and cafe only 5 mins drive… best beach accomodation we have stayed so far … will definitely come back again.

Great short holiday
We had a lovely family holiday with our infant and my parents. The property worked well for us and has a great recently renovated bathroom plus an external laundry with a working washing machine. The beds were comfy with plenty of space in one of the bedrooms for our portable cot. The garage area would work very well for teenagers but note that you have to cross the backyard to get to the toilet so wouldn’t work for all families. The backyard is neat with an excellent covered area for play when it’s wet or very sunny. It’s very close to a beautiful section of Callala beach.
