We love being in that area place was great

We had a great time! The condo is so cozy and stocked with all sorts of fun things. The kids loved the upstairs loft, and it was great that our dog was able to come along too. It was a short walk to Storyland and to the river out behind the condo. The owner was quick to respond to some questions I had. Thanks for a fun weekend!

We loved our getaway. The condo was so cute and made us all feel very welcomed. Weather was excellent and the whole trip was Amazing.

Comfy/Cozy Condo! Love the fireplace! Beds could be upgraded…but overall, it met our needs. Also, no club access as they are closed…we were hoping to have access to hot tub/pool. Host seems friendly and caring. Also checked in with us via email to make sure all was well.

It was a fantastic place to stay for 3 days of hiking.

Hosts are great, location great, great value. We loved the wood stove. Centrally located for many activities. Vintage bread bakery was A+++. close grocery store and ski rental. They left a bottle of wine and some beer in the fridge and wood for stove, which was very thoughtful. Looks like the hosts are just running out of steam a little bit. There were dirty a/c s lying around, filing cabinet impeading stairs, microwave and fridge were not cleaned properly. Kids were playing on the couch and pulled up cushions, and it was rough under there. Would have loved to stay again but will pass. just hope if hosts are going to charge for cleaning, they get professionally cleaners.

We enjoy this centrally located rental property. Have visited this property more than once. Lots to do in the area such as canoeing, shopping or hiking. We don't ski, but if we did this would be perfect place to enjoy evening by the fire after a good run. Always super clean and ready to enjoy each time. Owner often updating appliances and household items regularly over the course of the last few years.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out. Anissa the owner was extremely nice and accommodating . There were plenty of blankets, sheets, pillows, even toothpaste -everything that you would need was provided . Individually packaged snacks and drinks were provided which was much appreciated ( kids were hungry when we checked in!) The location of the condo is stellar . So much to do in the area. Skiing, tubing, hiking, shopping and some great restaurants are close. Not to mention Santa's Village across the street - for those with little ones. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!!

We looked forward to our little family getaway with everything that’s going on (COVID/restrictions...etc) now more than ever I would think every place would be immaculate because of the virus.. we were so excited to get in and just not do anything but reality was different .. when we opened the door the steps upstairs were dirty, leaves everywhere from outside even my 6yo said mommy it’s dirty .. and then we got up, garbage not taken out, counter(island area) dirty with food stock on microwave dirty broken piece inside (so it doesn’t turn) and bathroom I’m not even starting .. with 6yo I was upset because we’re used to taking our shoes off so I constantly yelled at her because it wasn’t vacuumed, mopped I vacuumed and mopped the day we checked in ( took pictures of the floors, rooms) I do understand that owners don’t have cleaning service (I have my cleaning business for at least 11years, maybe that’s why I’m so picky) but it’s not like oh there is little dust.. I did washed our sheets from the bed we slept on and blankets before we went to bed because I can’t imagine if the house is that dirty sheets will be clean. And honestly they were made of someone would be sleeping there night before But otherwise it would be an amazing cottage little getaway place if it was taken care of especially if it suited for family with kids

This was my first time booking strip like this and was very anxious. Anissa was so professional and kind. She help to alleviate my concerns . This place was so comfortable and clean. We really felt so relaxed and welcomed. It felt like a home away from home. I will definitely rent this again and will tell my friends and family how wonderful it was. The condo was dirty. I did let the owner know about undergarments and used tissue found in the upstairs bathroom. She was forthcoming and said she had not gone upstairs, as she left that to other family to take care of, and that she personally cleaned the main floor. With that, I stopped the Conversation because I had not even touched on the main floor!. Towels were musty, bedding was musty And smelled like sweat. The bathroom was just nasty. The plunger and scrub brush if we had to use, which thankfully we did not, was filled with nasty gunk! I have pictures to prove. The dust was everywhere, cob webs on the ceiling and on doors, behind beds, on furniture. It was overwhelming. The mattress covers on beds upstairs are tattered and torn. There is a half inch gap in the window with the a/c which makes it freezing at night with a huge draft coming in while one sleeps. There is also no shade on upstairs window. We had to use a towel to darken the room. There are definitely critters who like to eat at night, especially in the kitchen. Kept me up all night from the noise. The main bedroom off the kitchen has a blanket that was covered in dog hair. Not a good look. Oh and we were told, by the the generic sign posted on the fridge, we need to do laundry and make up the beds for the next guests! What?? What is the cleaning fee for?? I have no problem starting the laundry, running the dishwasher etc, but to make up beds etc and be out by 11? What ?? You see we stayed here because for 8 years we rented the same condo in this country club and loved it. It was as you enter into the club. It has been sold so this year we tried this one thinking it would start new memories for our family. Sad when your kids feel they have to wear socks on their feet while showering. Very disappointed in our stay. AnnIssa was easy to communicate with and I will gladly share my photos with her. One more thing, the smoke detector battery began to chip so we did take it down. We did not have a battery replacement so we left it on the dresser for someone to replace. Please contact me for more details about our stay. Thank you

The property was perfect for our trip. We fit four adults and two kids comfortably and the location was ideal for visiting Storyland and Diana’s Baths. Tons of included amenities and quick response from the owners. We will definitely stay again if we take another trip to the area.

We had such a great time. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. There were also so many nice touches such as condiments, spices, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even toothpaste. We would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay close to all White Mountain locations. Plenty everyday kitchen utensils, linens, and anything you would have at your own home. Anissa responded immediately when we had a question about the location of a fan switch. We highly recommend this retreat.

Just across the street from Storyland! We had no issues getting in and the condo was adorable. It had everything we could need! We will definitely stay here again!

My parents, boyfriend, our dog and I had the perfect one night stay over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was the perfect distance from North Conway and was an easy drive to Mount Washington as well. The beds were comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner confirmed the trip but never got back to us on how to access the property. We tried contacting more than 10 times over the course of the day but we never got a reply. At 10 PM we were left stranded with no restaurant opened closeby, with meat/frozen food that we couldn't cook and without any idea of the address of the property. Fortunately, VRBO helped us to book an hotel close, but we lost a lot of raw/frozen food, couldn't eat a real meal until the next morning and lost more than 2 hours driving around the neighborhood asking if someone knew the owner. The VRBO service was very good, but I would never rent from that owner again.

What a great place and so close to many mountains!! The family had a great time ! It was very clean and the kids had a blast in the loft!

The condo is very roomy for a family of 4. Kids slept in the loft (2 twin beds), we slept in one of the bedrooms, and we used one of the bedrooms as storage for luggage. The kitchen is well equipped for daily meals. We loved nights by the wood stove. We chose this location because it was close to both Attitash and Wildcat. There seems to be lots to do other seasons as well. We highly recommend this condo for families!

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay! It was clean and neat, while being very homey and provided everything we could have needed while away from home. It was also so close to storyland we just popped across the street for naptime in the middle of our day and back for a full afternoon without any worry! We look forward to staying again!

What a really nice place this was for my husband and I - the owner gave us good information and tour guide tips even before we arrived which was a nice touch from the beginning! We are visiting from Australia and not only did we fall in love with the White Mountains area but this condo seems to be in the center of it all! We did so much sight seeing and came "home" to relax and unwind. (it was hard to get going in the morning because the place is so cozy) We especially loved the décor and took pictures to show our mates back home - hoping to have seen a moose or bear but it wasn't meant to be! The condo is very clean and so much stuff was provided that it made it that much easier to relax and settle in. It felt like we were staying at a friends house because there was coffee, tea, snacks and a few beers in the fridge upon arrival - nice touch from the owner! When I had a headache it was also great to have access to the medicine cabinet as we didn't realize the stores closed so early. We would love to come back but for now we are taking a piece of New Hampshire home in our hearts - Andrea & Glenn Callus, Dakabin Queensland Australia
