Fantastic place to stay in the heart of the town! Most friendly staff- they made the stay so special! Air conditioner was a must in the heat (and hard to find in the area). Would definitely stay again asap!!

Paolo was very kind; he helped with transport advice and even collected us from the train station at La Spezia. Every morning he prepared a lovely breakfast and shared tips on where to eat / what to do. Other guest friendly too. The location was also superb! Right off the Main Street and absolutely beautiful. Last morning we even woke to a band playing in the square below. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Porto Venere and Cinque Terre. The room was bright, modern & clean with an excellent shower. Nice little touches each day such as chocolates in the room and a stocked mini bar. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Giovanni, our host was fantastic and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay.

A delightful stay! Great views from our suite. The innkeeper is absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Giovanni is ready to assist you with any need! You should book a few days here and enjoy the hospitality of Colonnade 24. We can’t wait to return.

The location is within the walls of the old city. This means that there are many steps to go up to the hotel. We lobed the idea of being within the walls. The people there were extremely helpful, coming to get us from the taxi with an electric wagon to take our luggage, (to and from the room). They gave us good tips for restaurants and overall made us feel very welcome. The room was nice, without a window with a view, but who cares when you go out of the room early in the morning and come back late at night.

Many steps to go up to the room. This may not be suitable to those who cannot climb steps. Other than that, it is a really good and nice place to be in.

Parking is a bit of a challenge, but that is not th fault of the hotel, and certainly not a reason to skip this wonderful little spot.

Beautiful and clean accommodations, wonderful host (Giovanni) so attentive and helpful, location was ideal to go to different cities and breakfast was great.

The bed was a little to firm for me and the pillows were not soft enough for me but that’s my personal preference.

The customer service we experienced was above and beyond. We could even go so far as to say we made a new friend in Paulo. He took such great care of us from the time we arrived and all throughout our visit. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable. This spot is a must if you are traveling through Italy!

Excellent location in the midle of the centre. Small piazzeta downstairs where owner Paolo and his chef are preparing delicious pasta, alice, octopuss salad etc. Perfect breakfest. Hotel (6 rooms, very private) refurbished in 2018 - top quality. If traveling with a car they organize a garage for you, pick up your luggage and take you to the hotel. Everything in centro storico is within minutes of walk. Visit church above hotel, castel and fort. Have dinner in some nice restaurant. Take a ferry to Cinque Terre small towns. Collona 24 has very special service - Giovanni, he is nice person, congenial professional!

Try to avoid days when cruis ships are comming in. There is nothing wrong in this place.
