We stayed for one night, everything was excellent, staff was super helpful and friendly. Restaurant was on point with great value for money. The beds were super comfy.

Shower gel bottle was empty. Room on ground floor was a bit cold.

We did not know that the Fletcher hotels existed. The hotel was very good and we liked it very much. The breakfast was also excellent.

The receptionist seemed a little shy and it was a slow welcome. However they seemed to thaw out later. Also we didnt know the restaurant did food as we saw all the literature advertising pizza and burgers etc. If we had known we would have ate there.

Everything about our experience with this hotel was lovely. To echo other reviews: the breakfast was great, we also chose the packed lunch (which was great), but above all: every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Would happily recommend, and would stay again.

I undertand that the main building of the hotel was once a convent The accomodation bujilding looks a little tired from the outside, but the interior is in good order. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The decor is warm and fairly modern. The hotel was quiet and in a peaceful location. The UHD TV has a good selection of channels, including a couple of channels in English and French. The breakfast was good, including a small range of cereals and a cooked selection as well as cold meats, cheeses etc. I didn't need to use w-fi as my stay was very short this time, but I anticipate staying here again.

I was surprised to find that the accomodation was in a seperate building to the main reception, restaurant etc. There is no covered walkway between the two buildings. This is however a minor point for me and I will know in future to park towards the back, nearer the accomodation, and leave my bag in the car utill after check-in.

i believe that this hotel is perfect for someone who have some business trip. the privacy is very satisfying. staffs are very nice and helpful.

their were nothing nearby. minimart or supermarket the closest one is in the next town. if you donot have a car or bike, you will have to walk in a long distance.

Check in was quick, parking by the hotel is free. Room was big. Nice area around for walking. Food at the restaurant was good except dessert.

Bathroom wasn't clean enough and the toilet was so dirty.and smell was awful..it's not good for 4stars hotel. Breakfast was good but at 9 o'clock when we came almost everything was out. No scrambled eggs,no bacon, no cheese and coffee machine was stopped bcs milk was out. They add then but it was waiting time...At the restaurant they don't have meny in English or German but only Dutch. You need to scan the code and read in different languages in your phone. But then the waitress didn't recognise the dish you wanted to order. Interesting experience.

The room was cold and we had two single beds for a couple . We had an issue with our booking which was cancelled by the hotel and We didn’t get the notification and the hotel was fully booked during our stay . Luckily they managed to find a solution for us .

Hotel had advised reception closed 1500-0700 24/25/26 Dec. We checked in 24 Dec for two nights, paying in advance. We liked the room size and comfort, and the room-delivered breakfasts both mornings were exemplary and very well done.

What was absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful was to arrive back at the hotel Christmas night (25th - our 2nd night) at 0120, only to find that our key validity no longer worked to access the outside entrance of the separate building where the rooms were. We were outside in subfreezing temperatures. By luck, we were finally able to rouse the night watchman at the main reception building, and he fortunately knew how to re-program our key. This is not how a supposedly 4 star hotel is operated. I give it 3 stars at best. Additionally, it was obvious that during a renovation, the bathtub-shower do-over resulted in an exceptionally difficult access-egress in a safe manner. Also, renovation funds apparently didn't extend to the balcony area, which was very much "dated", and even a coat of paint would help. The tin can for smokers hanging on the balcony rail also was a visual negative. "
