We choose this place to celebrate my birthday and we really enjoy it very calm place beach in front of the resort lovely food friendly staff and definitely I’ll recommend it we had a nice time

We have only one concern. There was a waitress named Dragnana( I’m not sure if I type her name right) she was so mean staring us all the time with grumpy face and we didn’t like it we was feeling awkward everything else was perfect apart of her behaviour. If one of my friends or relatives decide to go to this place definitely I’ll tell them to be aware of her.

I like the apartment and the beach. There is parking space for my car. I recommend this place if you have a car. It’s like 18-25 minutes drive from Central.

I didn’t like the way they took our personal ID’s and they didn’t return the same day. They were actually keeping it until the check-out without telling us. We didn’t like that way. We asked our ID’s kindly back and we got it back thankfully, but we have seen they’re keeping everyone’s personal ID’s and passports on hold until the checkout. They should have make a copy of it and that’s the way. They’re very worried about the apartment facilities not be broken down and they check the apartment carefully before you leave.

It's post stay experience that made me leave this negative review: so i left our IDs (national id documents) at the reception, it happens in a hurry when leaving at 5am for a flight at an airport that is 3h car drive away? Nice lady from the reception called me at 8am but no turning back at this point i should email them back to arrange mailing of IDs. And that's it, next weeks mailing them, calling them no use: forwarding calls, they would call me back but never did... Ended up locking up our IDs to prevent malevolent use... Isn't it their legal obligation to return the IDs to owner or idunno local police and inform the owner???

Nice apartment with a great view to the sea. Enough place to park te car. Airconditioning in bedroom.

No wifi in the apartment and no service telephone.

Fresh and newly renovated aparthotels. Our room was in front of the sea with great sundet views.

When we entered the apartment had a strong smell of meat feom the previous guests, something we did not really appreciate as vegetarians.

Staff is amazing, dinner also. Breakfast exceptional 👌

Everything was as it is shown. The accommodation was clean and the staff were exceptional. There was always space on the beach to relax and the food at the bar was great. Would definitely come back to Croatia and to this resort

Slightly further out of the local town so could be tricky getting taxis to and from the resort (used Uber) but there were taxis’ available

Large and spacious rooms with a sea view, which is only a few steps away, plus extra friendly staff and excellent food in a restaurant on the beach, are the best recipe for a holiday near Pula.

Things we loved: 1-The landscape there is amazing and peaceful. 2-The Professionals at reception are polite and efficient, solved really quick small issues and really didactic and patient to explain us things. 3-The air conditioning system is clean and works pretty well 4-The kitchen and the internal apartment’s layout are really good. 5-We definitely want to be there more times, but in the future on the bigger “bugaloos” or Mobile homes.🥰 6-The Pizza Centinera @the beach bar is fantastic, one of the best I ever had! Same for fish and seafood dishes.

Things we, well… not loved at all: 1-There was only one waiter at the restaurant who was apparently well trained to do his job, all the others very often forgetting things or acting really unprofessionally , beating things on the desk, etc… especially on the ice cream kiosk, the girl there made me fell pitty for the cash machine. 😂😅 2-The floor on the apartment was not really clean, we cleaned on our own. 3-We have to throw the trash on our own and the 2 available places are pretty far away from the apartment. 4-The distribution from the camp, apartments and mobile homes are too random, when cross checking with parking areas, they make no sense at all, some areas are closed by wire-green fences, forcing you to walk stupid “lap arounds”. 5-The card sensors on the main gate are placed completely wrong 😑 from inside “British hand” and from outside, even a VW Polo would touch the gate before the driver reach the parking sensor. If tou go there, I recommend the the bigger “mobile homes” or the hotel rooms. Or the camping spots for cost/benefit 😊 The small apartments “Lana” are neither those nor the camping. 6-Don’t ask for Risotto Sepia - this plate is exotic and delicious, but also complicated to prepare and they definitely have no idea how to do it. 🥸

Beach was ok, restaurant was ok, the food is tasty, the beer is ... just beer.

It wasn't a stroller/pushchair friendly. Could be pretty uncomfortable with two small kids.

location of room to water is like 50 meters!

it was 35C outside, so we picked this hotel because they had a air conditioning in the room. HOWEVER, when we arrived and went to our room, it was barely cool. I asked the reception to check my air conditioner, and they said ALL the air conditioners are set to not go BELOW 24C in the room. So I paid for air conditioning, and got a hotel regulated room that was not cool enough to be comfortable. I would NOT have booked this hotel if i knew I couldn't use the cooling in the room.

We really enjoyed the week spent in the resort. It's location is absolutely perfect, having it's own beach area in the Centinera Beach, in a very green area with lovely scenery. You can literally find everything you need, cafe, restaurant, water sports rental, small shops and the beach of course within 100m from your accomodation. We had a room with air conditioner and balcony, it was really convenient. We were with BB, but requested dinner for two nights, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and very various, I really recommend it. The staff is exceptional, they are very kind and supportive, helping with any question. The hotel management and the locals are taking extra care about hygene which is really great in the current pandemic situation: everyone wears their masks, there are hand sanitizers everywhere and they kindly ask you to use them if you forget to. The streets and the beach are cleaned and even desinfected. I really recommend to take a short walk to the Bunker bar to watch the sunset, which is the most beautiful one at the peninsula.

Maybe the time slot is a bit small for the breakfast, it could be longer, but it's OK. Also our beds were very-very soft which we didn't like too much, but it's only our personal preference.
