Ubytovanie v hoteli Tatra sme si vybrali po predchádzajúcich výborných skúsenostiach s týmto hotelom, taktiež preto, že sme išli do divadla L+S. Izba sa nám veľmi páčila, je vybavená všetkým, čí potrebujeme. Sklamanie? rozčarovanie? nastalo vtedy, keď sme prišli večer z divadla a zistili sme, že sa nedá spustiť telka. Nefungovala. Milý recepčný hľadal riešenie, dal nás do inej izby. Tá mala tiež všetko, čo sme potrebovali, hlavne fungujúci televízor, zato bola značne menšia. Malinká, ale na jednu noc stačila.

The location is good and the breakfast too.

Some staff is very inhospitable and rude. Too pricey for what it offers.

The hotel was really very nice, and even though this is not a very new hotel the hotel standard and quality of service was very high including the room layout, furnishings bed comfort and bathroom layout and design, the food was also excellent.

Despite the room air-conditioning clearly not working correctly management insisted that it was working. This was most disappointing, particularly as living in Australia. We are quite accustomed to air-conditioning units either working or not! Eventually we got moved to a room with funtioning ac.

Everything was fine.

There was a very loud ventillator in the bathroom. I couldn't turn it off, so my sleep wasn't perfect.

Nice hotel close to the city center. I don't like the style but it is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff very kind and supportive.

Check-In Fast and nice. Perfect Service-Personal for Check-In, Breakfast-Area Hotel is really close to Downtown Bratislava.. Rooms nice and very clean, quiet.. Bed is good ! :)

Pick up from airport would have been great at an extra cost as we got ripped off by taxi.
