Unclear road remarks to parking nearby the hotel. Again driven via main entrance and stopped a beat far (road was blocked at he park road). Hotel does not provide clear scheme how to drive from the bridge entrance to SPA ICELAND

Beautiful hotel and spa

It exceeded our expectations!

Central location of thermal island in Piestany, historically the best 5* hotel there. Everything in stylish, you dive in rich 20th Century (before First World War times). IRMA wellness and spa center works perfect, very comfortable thermal pools - indoor and outdoor. Absolutely fantastic kitchen in restaurant - from breakfast to dinner!

Sound isolation of rooms and corridors is 100 years old)

There were a lot of spiders in the room!! Especially in the corners of the ceiling

Small rooms, and as a family we need to rent 2 rooms ... no apartments there...was a little bit sad

Rooms are very spacious, with a high ceiling and a lot of space around the bed and in the bathroom. There is a nice balcony with a nice view on the both sides of the hotel. Restaurant service is high standard. Pools area is nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

There is a poor service in the spa area where all the treatments are. I got one treatment. When I went inside there were no one from personnel. I was wandering around without any help or directions. After 20 minutes I just went away without a treatment. If may sound that I did not manage to find spa reception, but it is not the case. I went back to spa reception and said that there are no one at the mud pool or mirror pool. And they said, that probably employee had left. I was disappointed. It was the main reason to come to this hotel, but organization is relatively poor.

The variety of food for the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Very cozy and nice place, excellent spa. Very friendly staff.

Perfect Service! I had to postpone my stay twice. First I did it via the booking app. The second time I could not do it via the booking app anymore, so I had to send a message. They answered and postponed it again without any complications!!! :) Besides that, we were allowed to bring our dog. Personell from the receptionist, service at breakfast and dinner + wellness staff were all friendly and very professional!!!

The wellness area is wonderful and the location is super good. Reception is very welcoming.

The heating in the room was not adjustable.

The best spa and hotel in Slovakia

Lovely spacious room with a large balcony. Plenty of facilities such as two pools, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, steam room etc … Dinning area has a lot of character and love views at the park.

Some part of the property are dated. Corridor from the spa leading all the way to the spa. Not a spa like feel. The surrounding area of the park isn’t maintained well, the ponds and small fountains are very old rusty and including walking paths.
