Albergo veramente in posizione strategica per chi vuole fare una crociera in giornata partendo da Milazzo per le isole Eolie (l’imbarco é proprio di fronte!). Camera pulita e ordinata, biancheria impeccabile, colazione semplice ma buona… Quel che colpisce é la gentilezza dello staff, che si nota fin dal primo momento… Tutti, dal personale della reception, alla ragazza addetta alle colazioni, fino alla ragazza addetta a riordinare le stanze, SEMPRE pronti a dare ascolto a tutte le richieste. Proseguo il mio viaggio con gli occhi e il sorriso della ragazza riccia che ho salutato alla reception poco fa ben impressi nella mente… Un motivo in più per soggiornare qui :)

La struttura é perfetta, ma ci tenevo comunque a salutare il grandissimo cafone maleducato che questa notte attorno alle 3:00 si é attaccato al campanello dell’albergo e per 15 minuti ha preso la porta di ingresso a calci, al punto da svegliare me e almeno un’altra persona nella stanza accanto, che giustamente si era preoccupata. Non sapevo che gli animali potessero soggiornare senza accompagnatore, se ne impara sempre una nuova! Vergognati.

I arrived late, had forgotten to email back about code to get in. Light was on, they answered my call immediately, I was in, key on the front desk. Felt totally looked after and safe. Thank-you!

Couple of minutes walk to Milazzo port. Small but clean room, typical italian breakfast. We got in late so they gave us the door code to get inside, and left an envelope with kay on the desk. Worked for us

Being near the port, on a busy street. Windows did a decent job of keeping out the worst of the noise

From check-in to check-out the staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Very professional staff and always very obliging. The location was perfect as it had easy access to the port and walking distance to the centre of town with shops and restaurants handy. Breakfast was perfect!

I can't think of anything that was not up to standard or needed to be changed. We felt very relaxed there and enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Very pleasantly decorated and comfortable. No complaints!

the location is great and though theres a big street you can’t really hear the traffic in the room

thats just personal preference but the colors and decorations were a little to much
