Quality of breakfast could be improved, also bathroom products.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Parking in private parking lot or just outside on the street. 5 minutes walk to the private beach.

Nice location near the beach in a green, residential area with old trees. The hotel is very clean, has good beds, a beautiful breakfast terrace and a lovely garden with a small pool. The hotel has its own private beach area which can be reached on foot in two minutes. The beach is very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast good.

There was some noise from rooms above my room during the night. But it was bearable.

The location is fabulous being very close to the beach with the sun lounges and umbrella included.. The pool is excellent too-salt water. San Vincenzo is about a 15 minute walk for shopping- lovely shops and restaurants. There is also a very good restaurant filled with locals just across the road. Parking is easy and everything for a super stay has been thought of. Loved the breakfast too.

Honest accommodation with a few nice bonuses: very close to the sea, breakfast included, private beach with sunbeds included, nice pool, cozy porch. Genuine and very polite hosts. I wish the "albergo" a very long life.
