elegant hotel located on the boardwalk of Carnac, just opposite beach and dunes. very friendly and efficient reception staff. excellent bicycle parking faciliity. very comfortable rooms.

Lovely room. We were on GF right by pool. Spa looked great but we didn’t use it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking outside. Beach very close. And it’s huge! All very quiet and peaceful. Good facilities, nice towels and robes Nice breakfast - typical continental, selection of fruits, bread &!pastries etc with choice of eggs

Minor point - it’s quite a long walk to the main shops and restaurants, along the promenade (20 mins walk ) but there is a supermarket fairly near (10 min walk)

Modern and fresh in design. Good location for beach and centre. Very welcoming staff. we liked the balcony.

Room was a little small but very functional

Wonderfully friendly staff. Clean rooms with lovely balcony over looking both the sea(slightly obscured by trees but we didn’t mind) and pool. Quiet location away from the busier and noisier part of the town, plenty of on road parking outside the hotel. Hammam, jacuzzi and sauna all included in room price.

A few overlooked maintenance issues, crack in the surround around the sink, dark scuff in the shower pan and a tear in the back of one of the curtains. Just more attention to detail needed. Room was small, fine for our 2 night stay, and okay if you don’t mind very small space. Hanging space in closet does not accommodate long garments such as dresses, had to hang my dress on the back of the door. We loved the hammam steam room, however the black mould around the door was unforgivable, this hasn’t been cleaned for a while…..

fabulous little hotel, spotless comfortable rooms, with view of the sea through the trees. Pool, sauna and steam room were lovely too. Room 28 has a large balcony, and seating area.

it’s a 15 min walk to the restaurant and shops, a nice stroll along the beach

my sea view room had no view of the sea. when I complained they told me it was not their fault that the trees had grown and completely blocked the view. The room decor was cheesy. Specifically, pillow with matching fabric at the bottom of the bed. Except the “matching fabric” was a curtain, complete with large metal grommets, just folded and laid across the bottom of the bed. Guess it works for photo shoots.

There was no wifi connection as sign in process failed on multiple occasions. We were forced to incur roaming charges. This was very frustrating. The room had limited storage/wardrobe facilities. Design ideas took precedence over function.

wish more things were working in the spa the only thing working was hot tub no sauna or steam both out of order. The breakfast was below average for a french property.
