No AC in the room, windows facing loud street - makes it impossible to sleep (it's either too hot or too loud). No ventilation in the toilet makes it very smelly. Receptionist was not waiting for us even though we called 30 minutes before arrival. We couldn't get the key to the room for almost one hour.

Very central location in Biarritz. Short walk to the beach and heart of the town. There was 2 sofa beds in the living room. One of the sofa beds split into 2 single beds, keeping my 3 children happy!

The apartment is a little dated but clean.

Location is perfect. Very quiet at night. very nice bathroom/towels.

Apartments are tiny, no place for clothes, luggage, 2 x double beds plus table for 4. It’s very tired looking place, sofa covers have holes in places, hallway carpets are stained. Younger woman at reception. Melidie, is quite arrogant and not helpful at all. Most of the time she just dismissed our questions.

Location, air conditioning, space, well equipped.

I highly recommend this accommodation for its central location in Biarritz. We are a family of 6 and spent 4 nights here. The room was really clean, well equipped and the staff couldn't have been nicer in helping us with any queries. For a short break, it was perfect.

One small point is to upgrade the sofa beds - they were fine for our 4 teenagers but if possible, look into upgrading them.

I arrived early and was delighted to find my room ready. Audrey is the perfect receptionist. Friendly and efficient in French and English. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a fantastic week. The location was excellent. Food shops, sea and restaurants all within a few moments walk. I would definitely stay again.

Only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a balcony. Oh and if the people in the room above me hadn't been dragging furniture (on wooden floors) until 2 a.m on a couple of nights. I know, people are on holiday and not suggesting what time they go to bed but please consider people below you? So I would book a top floor next time ;-)

no safe in the room no phone in the room reception opens and closes at peculiar times it’s a non smoking room but the toilet smelled so badly of cigarettes there were things in the fridge that seemed leftover from the previous guests the shower head was broken and while the hotel provided shower gel and shampoo, there was no conditioner or lotion having just stayed at a bunch of other 4 star hotels across Spain and France while on a road trip, in comparison to the others, I’m quite surprised this is also a 4 star (to be fair though, it is cheaper than the other hotels)

We loved the location, the space was very clean and beds beyond comfortable.

Lack of toiletries for our entire staying. We received one small shower gel for 3 persons, 4 days and when we requested more, the answer at the reception was that they cannot allocate more per room, quite dissapointing. Also, check în process îs way too Complicated, I received several emails, filled in the data via an webform and when got there, we did not receive the Code to enter the building, nor the instructions and we stayed roughly 15 minute for somebody to answer the iPhone written on the entry door.

We arrived when the reception was closed and had difficulties to access the keys.

The building is a bit a labyrinth, a lot of corridors and stairs but you can get used.

I could not travel, as the residence repeatedly rejected my check-in despite me paying everything in advance. No reply to any messages or calls.

Rude rude rude! Never in my life I dealt with any hotel like this. They rejected my check-in, took my money and now say it was me who cancelled. Don't get scammed like me! To avoid at any cost!

Clean, good location.

Paid extra to change rooms as the first room we received we would not have been able to stay in for 5 days, it was so small and crowded (couch in the kitchen). After upgrade it was ok, though v v basic.

There was only 1 toilet paper, 1 small champoo and shower gel, for 4 people for 3 nights, but we've asked for more and got it as an exception.

Really nice apartment, cool decoration. Really like the kids corner next to reception

The crib for our baby was very old and with no matress

We had a family room. The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. The ocean is 400 meters away, restaurants, shopping, public transport stops to the train station and the airport are within walking distance.

Our apartment faced the street, so it was very noisy with the windows open.

not kind of staff that would go extra mile for their clients. something as simple as obtaining an invoice for the stay turned out to be a tall order for the folks on site and they sent me to their corporate who in turn take 30 (!!!) days to produce a soft copy delivered via email… supplied broom and vacuum are mostly useless.

excellent location, just 5 mins walk from the beach, and with good food shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Apartment clean and comfy and well-equipped kitchen. Nice surroundings - we had an apartment looking onto the garden.

We booked a studio apartment, which was described as accommodating 4 people, but it was very small. We were 3 - myself, husband and daughter and found it too small for anything more than a few days. Although we looked out onto the garden, it would have been nice to have some private outdoor space (eg small patio for eating), given the apartment was so small.
