Tesis kahvaltısı harikaydı. Odaya çay kahve bisküvi haribo mineralli su kulak tıkacı ikramı beni oldukça şaşırttı. Oda temizdi. Tranway durağına çok yakındı. Çok yakınında süper market restoran bulunuyor.
4. Kattaydı odamız asansör yoktu valizlerle biraz zor oldu. Tesis oda numarasını ve sifresini mail ile söylüyor. Biz otele vardığımızda henüz mail gelmemişti . O anda resepsiyon da kimse yoktu oda numarasını bilmediğimiz için ilk girişte zorlandık. Ama tesis oda numarasını yolladıktan sonra otel girişimizi kolaylıkla yapabildik.

Wij verbleven hier 1 nachtje op doorreis naar Oostenrijk. We verbleven in het appartement, met een gezin van 4. Het appartement ligt in een blok naast het hotel, is eigenlijk een echt appartement in een blok. Het appartement is voldoende ruim om in te slapen, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Niet echt gezellig ingericht, heel donker, kleine badkamer, en een soort van keuken verstopt in een kast ofzo, niet echt de bedoeling om er gebruik van te maken.
Wij vonden het prima voor wat het moest dienen, enkel slapen, maar langer dan 1 nacht zou ik hier echt niet willen verblijven.
Ontbijt was wel heel uitgebreid en lekker, het personeel deed hun uiterste best om alles tijdig aan te vullen.
De ontbijtzaal is redelijk klein en zat helemaal vol, dus je krijgt wel wat een benepen gevoel daar. Zoals ik hierboven al schreef : meer dan voldoende voor 1 goedkoop nachtje op doorreis maar

Massive room and amazing choice for breakfast . Everything very clean .
Been on the top floor with no lift ..not easy with children and all.the luggage .
Also somebody (not hotel fault ) had music on very very loud till late and also thr tram is pretty noisy.

Localization, cleaness and breakfast.
The hotel forgot to take towels in my room, there were no people to pick it up to us. I needed to find and pick the towels up by my on.
I need to make the check in alone because there no employees, it was very confuse, the indications is not clear.
There were no efficent black light, the toon os very lghtly and noised.

exceptional breakfast! clean and simple rooms. easy check in, even though we arrived after the reception was closed.

Hotel position is really good - the city centre is really close. There were lot of free parking options on the streets near the hotel. The breakfast was nice - there were plenty of options to choose.
There were some noise from the tram and some street lights during the night but nothing to worry about.

Breakfast buffet very good
Message that the desk closes already at 12.00 am could be sent earlier. We noticed that several customers either had not been reached or didn't realize they had to check WhatsApp.

- Clean room
- Good breakfast & coffee + tea station in the room
- Nice staff
- It was very hot and there was just an electric fan in the room, that stopped every 10 minutes
- Bed was very small and a bit uncomfortable

Breakfast is almost a case of over supply!
I asked for a quiet room out back and the hotel complied... The doors might let noise through from the hotel-hallway - e.g. if people come back from partying till early in the morning. But I'd book here again.
The stay is rather impersonal: Check-in after noon is via a lock-box. Only at check-out did I get to exchange a few words with the lady at reception... But I guess that's fine if you're mainly looking for a place to crash.

Ok breakfast with sufficient choice for everyone. Easy to get from train station with tram stop infront of hotel. Staff are very nice. Practicality with electronic key box and availability on phone of on duty personell while there is no person at reception in the evening.
Generally don't have complaints, you pay what you get, but its actually expensive for what you get compared to other countries but thats the situation all over Germany. Regarding the phone availability in case of emergency card problems as i had for me was functioning perfectly, but for foreigners with foreign phone card and in roaming won't work satisfactory and would cause distress and extra costs.

Location is excellent with tram stops right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice as well.

The ventilator was noisy. Most trams are not very loud but there is a tram every 25 mins or so which is extremely loud. Unfortunately the day we stayed there was very warm. So we had to either keep the windows or run the noisy ventilator.

Small but tidy hotel. Little bit unusual a little crazy and confusing room layout. But not a big problem. The rooms are nice and clean, most importantly. Breakfast is standard for this type of facility. Clean and tidy. I recommend as comfortably clean. The staff is nice and willing to help. Specially lady from the reception desk who even apologizes for the reconstruction of the road that passes by the hotel. 😂👍👍
