Good and very nice staff. Hotel is not far from train station, walking 5-7 mins. Room is nice and clean. Comfort bed.

The staff here were very welcoming and friendly. We asked to store our luggage so we can go around Interlaken for the day before check in time and they even gave us our Interlaken pass early to avail of the public transport. Breakfast was unexpectedly great, hot and cold dishes as well as fruits, cereals, breads and coffee was made for us. Our room had a view of the snow capped mountains. It was very close to the train station too. I would stay here again but will probably opt for the floor with no stairs if we were to bring heavy bags again. We saw laundry facilities on the premises but we didnt get to use it though. We had a relaxing time here and a lovely chat with Vilma and Jean Louis who even posed for a photo with us.

The lift was very small, it could only fit our 2 large suitcases and 1 person. I guess it's the best they could do with the size of the place and it does the job. Nothing we didn't like as the experience at this place was unexpectedly great overall.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, great location and close to Interlaken West and bus stops. Customer service is brilliant!

It was better, than described! They even have elevator (it goes max to the 2nd floor, but it was so helpful!) Breakfast was very good and so tasty! And the stuff in the kitchen is exceptionally friendly. Thank you! 😇

First of all, the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The hotel was very organised. The room layout was well thought of; most of the basic necessities was provided. Their breakfast helped us survive most of the days as we are constantly on the go.

The best thing we love about this hotel is how the father of the owner, Mr. J Louis served breakfast every morning with energy and a happy face. On my birthday, he even gave us a cupcake and local breads to try and bring for our day tour. It is also very accessible as it is near to Interlaken West train station. The room and restrooms are always clean. Breakfast is great, and we love their bacon 🥓. Superb customer service and on our next visit to Switzerland we want to stay again in this hotel.

Some staff were very helpful and good. Some, were not! The portuguese receptionist was not approachable after all. You can see at her face that she did not wan t to help. For us, she doesn’t fit to become receptionist. She doesn’t have any customer service at all. There was a time that we wanted some help from the aged washing machine. She told us that the instructions were written and already explained in the machine. Sorry, our washing machine in our house is way way advance we couldn’t understand! I hope, she could be more pleasant, more approachable to other guess in the future. Also, a big smile when the guesses are there will lighten up our day. Also, the older guy from the dining area was rude on our last day. I dont know if he is the owner or receptionist. We waited for our taxi at 6:30 am. We chatted a lil bit that time when he suddenly went upstairs. A minute after, he went downstairs and brought our empty paper bags and told us our lights were not turned off. He said, we had a lot of mess in our room and raised those paper bags. We were like, huh?! We didnt throw those bags in the trash because someone might still use it. It ca be reused! Why do you have to bring them in our face? Really?But, we just zipped our mouth coz we wanted to start our long day right. That was so unlikely in a hotel. Yes, we understand about the lights but the paper bags, we don’t! Another, there was no endorsement from one receptionist to another. We followed up our taxi the night before we checked out. We asked the Portuguese lady if it was endorsed already byher colleague because we were scared if they didn’t. We might missed our train to Brig and from Brig to Venice. She said, she doesn’t know about it. Okay, fine. Then we paid our city tax that night so we will save time in the morning. When we went downstairs, the older man asked us if we have paid already. We said yes. After few minutes, the receptionist again asked us if we already paid the city tax. ;)

Top notch staff throughout. The room was amazing. We had a balcony room with a view of the lake and it was every bit as beautiful as I'd hoped. We had the opportunity to meet the General Manager and Relations Manager, and they were both super nice and welcoming.

There's really not much to dislike. The only "negative" was that pigeons had set up a nest under the balcony, but that's just nature... not really something the hotel has control over.
