La posizione.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 2 notti eravamo 5 persone una camera doppia e una tripla, all'arrivo le camere non erano pronte perché siamo arrivati in anticipo, ci hanno chiesto se volevamo poggiare le valigie in una sala colazione non in uso, al rientro ci siamo accorti che all'interno della stanza vicino alle valigie c'erano escrementi di cane. Saliti nella camera doppia abbiamo notato fin da subito che non era pulita, sotto il letto c'era polvere e capelli, nel bagno il sifone della doccia era sporco e incrostato, polvere sulla testiera del letto e sui comodini, la carta igienica era usata dal cliente precedente. Siamo andati al ricevimento per reclamare il tutto e ci hanno risposto che ci avrebbero cambiato di camera ma il terminale era bloccato e non riusciva, gli abbiamo detto che non c'erano problemi basta che l'indomani ci avrebbero fatto trovare la Camera pulita, giustificandosi che la cameriera ai piani fosse sola, ma che l 'avrebbe comunicato. L' indomani arrivati in hotel la camera ancora non era pronta, la cameriera ci ha comunicato che l'avrebbe fatta subito in 10 minuti , fin qui nessun problema se non fosse che ero davanti alla camera mentre la "puliva" non lavando neanche il pavimento ma l'ha solo spazzato, sono entrata in camera e ho visto che il letto era stato solo coperto, sotto il letto era ancora sporco e il cestino del bagno non era stato svuotato. Non avevamo grosse pretese ma almeno la pulizia da un albergo a 3 stelle ce l'aspettavamo. Per la camera tripla vi lascio le immagini perché parlano da sole.

The rooms were old and dirty plus there wasn’t a mosquito net.

Perfect location.
There's no radiator or air con controller so the temperature was a bit off.

The location it’s perfect for the leaning tower, the main train station that takes you all over Italy and the airport. You can even walk to the airport and back. AC in the room works really well.
Staff is friendly.
Wifi simply doesn’t reach the rooms.
TV is really old and is not connected to any channels.
Bed it’s not comfortable, it’s okay to sleep for just one or two nights, nothing more.
Room and bathroom felt very dirty.
The reception is not available 24hrs. So make sure to get the code for accessing the hotel at night or early mornings.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Pisa. Close to everything. It is very clean.
It has a lift.
We booked a twin. On arrival, we were told we couldn't have one. If we specifically wanted one, we should have told them in writing. Our so-called double was two twins pushed together, so we pulled them apart. I don't understand why the hotel could not have done this.
The gentleman on arrival was very helpful to those who spoke Italian. Not so helpful to us.
The bathroom door wouldn't shut.
The fridge didn't work.
There was no air filter in the bathroom. It was unplugged.

This property is closed to city center. The staff is also helpful and cheerful. Internet connection was good in my room.
Not so clean and no window to see outside. My room was always dark.

Fantastic location
Booked a deluxe room and were given a small room with NO window! Bed uncomfortable, two singles pushed together to make a double which moved. Very helpful lady moved us to a standard room.

No room drinks bar, although advertised, no glass in room, have stayed lots of times in Pisa, this was disappointing and for price should have provided breakfast, many same price do..

Totally acceptable cheap hotel, nothing big to expect you get what you pay for! Best for the price.

heater is not working, have bundled ourselves with blankets when sleeping. we told the staff about this issue on our 2nd night and was told we cant be transferred to another room due to unavailability. she did gave us more fleece blankets though
water heater also didnt work, we showered with cold water

Location was good, but room was old and shabby. Really narrow street so not so easy to enter with car. Lady in night shift was really friendly, rest where just ”working”.
No towels in room ( only small kitchen towels only available). We run out of towels 😢
