Le repas du soir, pas trop de choix au niveau du buffet mais dans l'ensemble c'était bon. Le supplement à payer pour le coffre-fort dans la chambre.

La atención de todo el personal desde la recepción, el comedor, cafetería y limpieza, fue muy profesional y atentas a los detalles. Las dos piscinas, el gimnasio y la sauna estaban impecables. El desayuno bufet variado, incluyendo el cava. El bufet de la comida y la cena con buen surtido para ensaladas, platos con pasta y varios platos guisados, de los que degustamos destacaron por el sabor el arroz negro, la ternera estofada con frutos secos y tomates cherry, los guisos de pollo o de pavo; incluso, estaban muy buenas la lasaña y las empanadillas, se notaban que eran elaboradas en la cocina.la sorpresa es la posibilidad de plancha con carne, pescados o marisco. surtido en los postres con frutas variadas, tartas, en especial el arroz con leche y los profiteroles.

Hay aspectos que podrían mejorar y rozar la excelencia, la plancha es un acierto, pero resulta pequeña y en la misma se coloca carne, pescado y marisco, eso impllica mayor esfuerzo y trabajo de limpieza permanente para las persnas que atienden la plancha y a los comensales, si se coloca otra del mismo tamaño al lado se podría emplear una para para los productos de la tierra y otra para los del mar. Otro aspecto a mejorar es en el desyuno 1) Las máquinas del cafe podrían ser de las que muelen el cafe antes de prepararlo, existe una diferencia enorme entre el cafe del desayuno y el que te preparan en cafetería. 2) No hemos visto bebida vegetale como "leche de soja, avena , etc". Reiteramos son aspectos para llegar a la excelencia entre los hoteles de su categoría.

La ubicación muy buena , el desayuno , bien , solo cuidar detalles , tratar mejor el producto , los huevos fritos los 3 días , pasados , si se hace un poco menos queda frito y jugoso . Ponerle un 10 a la profesionalidad y el buen hacer de la señora de la plancha quedamos encantados

The Hotel Acqua was easy to find and in a nice area of Salou, the meals are all buffet style with plenty of choice and veriety. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were a good size with a large comfortable bed. The room and bathroom are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. All the hotel staff are very helpful , but i would like to pass on my gatitude for the help I was given by Marisol and Gloria in reception.

I have no big dislikes, could do with doors on the wardrobe and drawers; perhaps some entertainment in the evening.

It's a modern, clean and comfortable hotel. It was a good base to visit Salou and only 150m from the beach.

Well we encountered her a couple of years ago too, I am not sure why the middle-aged,female receptionist has an unhelpful attitude..? It's not a great thing if you work in the hospitality industry. Whenever we made an enquiry about hotel services (the safe for example), it was always met with an odd smile and not-so-subtle attitude...

Not much happening around the pool area, a little boring there during the day. Music playing through the speakers was similar to being in an upper class restaurant. (Good if you just want to relax)

Me and my wife stayed at Acqua Hotel at the end of September just for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean, nice scent in hallways and our room, towels are very clean and fresh, nice and not loud music near the pool. Location is pretty much perfect - 5 minutes to the picturesque beach in the bay, 5 minutes walk to another long beach, 5 minutes to Spar supermarket with much cheaper prices for most of the products and alcohol and lots of restaurants are very close too. We had full board and we enjoyed the variety of fresh, delicious food very much. Champagne was available in restaurant in the morning during breakfast. Special thanks to chef on grill - absolutely delicious prawns and the rest of different meats he cooks. The only one think that we didn't like is the coffee. PLEASE change coffee machines to the ones that use natural coffee beans. We came to Salou to enjoy warm sea so we didn't stay near the pool, I cannot say anything about pool itself and area around. We never come back to the same hotel but this one I would recommend to my friends and family.

Location close to the sea Bar staff in particular were very friendly. My room 703 was beautiful with a wonderful balcony and view of the sea.

My only disappointment was the swimming pool as it was very deep and I am not a good swimmer.
