Location ok. Easy to find. Accommodation limited in Betanzos so handy to find a hotel in town near the Camino.

Hotel a bit tired looking. Breakfast in a separate building. Ok food, nothing special. Road noise. Not great value for money.

We stayed here when we were walking the Camino Ingles. Reception staff excellent. Continental breakfast was included. It was self service. There was a good selection . It started at 7 which was good as we wanted to be walking before 8. We had a double room which was spotlessly clean. It was a bit tired looking and could do with a makeover. The shower was over the bath and it was fine and the water was hot but could have been stronger with a better shower head. It was only 5 minutes from the town centre and the Camino route . Overall it was good for one night but would benefit from some improvements.

Our room was cancelled due to roof issues. We did not stay there but were transferred to another site at the hotel’s expense. Those accommodations were fine but not in the town.

Greeted by a super helpful staff member who answered all our questions and gave us tips for the Camino.

Unfortunately the night staff gave someone a key to our room in the middle of the night which was very distressing. We had 3 rooms and the other 2 rooms were fine. Recommend people not be able to check in at 2 am.
