I was introduced to Hotel Zhero several years ago and have been coming back year after year even month to month some years ever since and felt I should finally write a review…I have to say I love this place and actually always hate to leave! Why? So many reasons having travelled the world this place is my Zen, it’s style, it’s chic, it’s cleanliness, it’s the friendliest and by that I mean Hansi and his team are all amazing! the fact that everyone knows your name is truly special and reflects when you easily make friends with other hotel guests with ease to me says it all ! Great experince if you try you will see yourself 👌

lounge bar / pool was a nice environment. hotel interior quite cosy. clean. spacious parking. easy access to the centre and different small shops. helpful staff.

from the outside the hotel doesn't look nice ! but when you enter is cosy. A bit too far from the beach.

The location is great. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Breakfast nice with good selection.

Breakfast was very good. Lovely staff.

Only issue was size of toilet/shower room. It was just a cupboard! Floor flooded when using shower.

Location was perfect for us as we had a wedding across the road .

Would like to have known in advance about pool closure for private parties Only have hanging space for clothes no drawers.

If I'm being very picky I'd say it was not the best bathroom, very small and a bit dated, however was clean and had everything we needed, plenty of fresh towels etc

Rooms at front a little noisy

The pool area is great and has nice music. I spend one day at the beach club nearby but the hotel's pool area was better than that. The breakfast was ok. The room was nicely decorated, clean and had a balcony as well. A hip hotel with a friendly staff.

The location is not the best. There are not that many nice restaurants around but Palma is only 15-20 mins bus/taxi ride away.
