Excellent breakfasts, very kind personnel, great localization

Free covered parking is very close to property, ca 50-100m. Good breakfast. Elevator. A lot of places to eat nearby.

The rooms are relatively basic but they’re comfortable and there’s everything you need. The breakfast has plentiful options and it’s well located; all in all this is a great budget option for Budva.

It’s not the height of luxury but it’s comfortable and very good value.

The staff is the best, love the niceness and friendliness of every memver !

it was clean, breakfast is very good.

- we ordered 2 beds for kids, and they made only 1 bed. one of the kids had to sleep with us. staff was not helpful, only after many requests from our side. - we got different room than what we ordered - staff was not helpful with the bed situation - low maintenance of shower head and electricity

The staff is very nice and helpful. Always have some tips how and where spend our times.

This friendly family-run hotel really makes you feel at home. Owners are very kind and generous. The room was nice and spatious. Both the rooms and common areas clearly had a very skilled stone mason working on them. It would be nice if this quality translated to other equipment in the hotel.

The A/C was blowing straight onto the heads when lying in bed so there was no way to keep it turned on at night. The drainage was smelly but supposedly this is a problem in all of Budva. The shower head was leaking / spraying all over the place. The elevator was moody and sometimes wouldn't let you go to the reception floor. The breakfast had very little variety - same every day which got tedious after a week.

Really lovely ladies who make breakfast and on reception. Room was comfortable and had everything you need for a budget stay. I chose the property because it was close to the bus station, the old town and beaches are a bit of a walk but manageable or a short taxi ride
