Location is great. Rooms are huge and clean and beds are super comfortable. Really good price.

It didn't say we have to pay for the parking up until i already payed for the hotel. It gave the impression that the parking was included in the price and it wasn't.

Very good and friendly staff, helped even in solving personal issues that go beyond the hotel. Not bed breakfast and good location.

The elevator broke down, and no one fixed it all weekend ....

No internet axis at the rooms, even the mobile data signal was too weak

Location was suitable for finding easy ways. I could find nice restaurants. There were quite area, I love it.

I couldn't fixed my works because the hotel had not WiFi as promised, the staff did not feel that they are responsible for guests satisfaction. I explained that I need the wifi and they recommend to use lobby, really it was annoying. They were rude and I feel that they humiliated and act as racist against me. I didn't have such experience like this, for this reason I couldn't concentrate on my works and I lost lot's of possibilities. They knew that booked by booking.com and they noted that they won't refound however they knew that they didn't have active WiFi system and they cheated clients. I will not recommend my friends and connections in LinkedIn & other social media that they don't use booking.com service because you don't take responsibility for the services that you offer and just cover your mistakes with two lines of massage that "we informed facility about your problem". I'm absent for this humility act, one of my friends recommend to use the Turkish similar system because for similar problem they contacted immediately, they pay for taxi and completed the relocation with same cost because they feels that it was their responsibility to check the offered services. I think this is item that you don't care about it " customer happiness".

It's not really in my nature to give a bad review however on this occasion a few things were far from ideal. My room was on the fourth floor. Totally happy with that however the lift wasn't working so had to climb 90 stairs each time I went to my room. No lights on in the corridor of the floor my room was on. Had to use the torch on my mobile phone to guide me and see to put my key in the lock to open the door. Bed very very narrow. Shower horrendous to try to regulate to a suitable temperature. Freezing cold one minute then scalding hot the next. No issues with breakfast, cleanliness, staff or location.

Sorry what I didn't like is contained in above paragraph. You get what you pay for i suppose. However this was probably the worst value budget hotel I have stayed in on around a dozen visits to Berlin. The hotel could perhaps have informed me prior to arrival that the lift wasn't working and offered me a room on a lower floor. Fortunately I was fit enough to climb the stairs.

From the pictures it looks realy nice, I got room in th 4th floor: All furniters were old, my bet was making noises every time after I move. Olso there was some wierd smell in the room. No AC. I visited this place on summer, so there was very hard to fell a sleep. There is elevator, but he was not working, so not very good place for people who needs wheelchair. My friends were stayng in hotel 10minutes away and it was olso 3 star hotel. It was cheaper than this and had all had everything whats needed for 3 star hotel.
