Great location 5 minutes walk from the main beach. Good value for money. Clean & tidy.

They need a mixologist on the bar to create better/tasty cocktails to compete with the other bars, other than that it was great.

Good location close to a beach in a quiet village. Nice pool.

No soap, no shampoo provided by the hotel. We could hear the neighbors talking, so real privacy. Budget hotel.

Fantastic location with great facilities.

The rooms are fairly basic.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and spot on for our first family holdiay with a toddler. Was also lovely to have the shaded play area as a break from the sun. It was useful to have a shop and couple of bars on site, but also walking distance to others.

Nothing major, just would of been nice to be provided a cloth/washing up liquid in the kitchenette (or have small packs available to buy, rather than a big bottle at the shop as a shame to waste it). So would recommend taking a travel size one with you.

Love Matina, we have been many times before and will be back. Staff, accomodation and facilities are all excellent .

For a three-star hotel and for the price the value was very good. Close to the beach, nice staff, supermarket, laundry, playground... all facilities on site.

Practically no cleaning in the rooms. Someone comes occasionally and make the beds, but that's all. Lot of moskitos and no nets on the windows

Fantastic location just 2 minutes from the beach, very central to bars and restaurants. Both pools were large and clean with plenty of sunbeds, service in the bar was excellent.

Maid service was really bad, only the bins were cleaned daily. Beyond that, you only got ONE of the following per day: bed made; towels folded; linen OR towels changed. Bath and bathroom basin were never cleaned. Balcony was never touched. I cleaned my own kitchenette but no hand soap or dishwash soap was provided.

A great location! It is very near to the beach and also an exceptional thing is that there is a supermarket on the territory of the hotel and it is open until 23:00 which is very convenient. The territory itself is pretty big and beautiful. The staff speaks English perfectly and is very friendly. There are two swimming pools in total.

The water coming from the pipeline is very different from what we are used to and is thus impossible to drink so we had to buy water in the store. Also there is no hot water in the mornings, only in the afternoon.

The bathroom was disgusting and needs a renovation. Things are falling apart or simply not working (e.g. hairdryer). In the morning there was only cold water, so we had to take cold showers. In our apartmen for 5 persons there were only 3 knives. The cuttlery was dirty when we arrived so we had to wash everything ourselves. The tap water tastes salty, not suitable for cooking or even a tea. The area was very noisy. There were many noisy British tourists doining party every at night, woke us up at 3a.m. At night it was cold, but we god only light blankets to sleep under.

Absolutely over the moon staying here. Pools- two pools and they were both great. Pool bars and food was also great...we had breakfast there most mornings and it was just as nice as near by restaurants. Location- the location couldn’t be any better. Right on the doorstep to the beach and the beach is beautiful. Beautiful sand and clear sea. Room- the room is basic but it’s clean, comfortable and all in working order. That’s all we needed as we just showered and slept in our rooms. Only negative I would say is the pillows were hard but my partner liked the pillows so personal preference. Staff- staff were so friendly and all made an effort to learn your name. They were all lovely. We’ve already booked to go back next year. It’s incredible value for money.
