Location 10/10 because of the nice, clean beach with a beautiful sunset on good weather ❤️ It shares the same beach as Beach Bum Bar and Cabbages and Condoms Restaurant. Staff is friendly and quick to respond. Staying here felt like travelling back in time which is another 10/10 for me. To some it's outdated and past it's glory, however it's actually well maintained for it's age. My room and bathroom is as clean as can be. Most importantly as someone staying alone, i felt safe. - TV has english channels / Not smart TV - Big Room - No balcony

- Bed is a bit hard - Limited electrical plug

Amazing location as I haven’t been there for 30 years and the hardware still very functional.The beach below the hotel is the highlight and very quiet hotel despite a big group booking

The worst is the staff starting with the bellboy at entrance acting like general manager as actually came earlier then permitted beside sending many messages with email provided by booking .com but never answered .So rudely answered by this person and told me to wait into the lobby for three hours as no room available and same speech by receptionist then asked to see front manager and explaining the situation and thank god help me to find a room available .So terrible to say but always insist and ask the person in charge because the rest useless .Also staff at breakfast room useless and Buffett very low quality .Next time suggestions to avoid breakfast .Also no help provided with luggages when left even do three persons there looking at me .

Location, proximity to the beach and the territory of the hotel, the sea view

Booked the hotel for 10 nights, but only could stay there for 2 nights, had to find another hotel and move out. There was a gecko in the room, waking us up every night, screaming at itself in the mirror, chirping and moving around the room. Bed and floors were infested with ants. It's a very very old hotel, with outdated furniture, have not been renovated for a while, and has a particular old smell. Also kind of a creepy place in general. The electricity went off for a few hours, so no one could use elevators and get into their rooms after 11 pm. Do not recommend this place at all, it was a big disappointment

A maid in a hotel help us with everything, because the receptionist was incompetent.

People in reception could not help us with booking airport taxi and refused check-in air tickets (we had to do it two days before leaving hotel)

The location is excellent and loved the private beach.
