This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I find it very comfortable and convenient.

I had requested hotel pick-up and drop-off from the airport via email before my flight, but unfortunately, they informed me that this service is not available. Upon arriving at the airport, I noticed the hotel counter and felt that they could improve their customer service. I like the restaurant food, but more food option to be add in PASTAS section.

everything was perfect. the staff was so friendly, i got upgrade to suite for free. the rooms are amazing and so clean. thanks a lot

English was a bit of a problem at times. Asked if the hotel could do packed lunch but the choices was very limited which was disappointing given how good the breakfast was. Would be better to give guest a takeaway box and bring something from the breakfast bar. Found the beds a bit too hard.
