Tha accommodation area is superb. Beautifully landscaped and maintained. The interior is light, very clean and uncluttered with plenty of space to settle ourselves. We enjoyed having our own terrace, but there are also numerous alfresco sitting areas dotted around for all to use. All linen was good quality and towels white and fluffy. There are cooking facilities, utensil glassware and crockery. The refrigerator was a good size and efficient. We loved the stonework everywhere, as pavement, benches and walls outside. Only a short walk to supermarkets, great restaurants and beaches. We hope to return to this establishment managed by Maria and Michelle. Maria is amazingly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She gave us great advice for local and island suggestions and helped with the planning. She made our stay perfect.

The location is fantastic and we were treated like real family. the staff were attentive and proactive, friendly and not intrusive at all at the same time. We loved to stay at Anixis and we thank you for the little "memory" we received at the end of our journey.

everything was good

it was clean, easy to find, had nice surroundings. the bed was comfortable. shower was good. balcony was good. tv got a few English speaking programs a couple of times. about the 3rd day they brought a piece of yummy pie. housekeeper was awesome.

there was a mildew smell under sink and counters on bottom. so I kept them shut. the only outlet by the bathroom did not work. No instructions anywhere regarding how things worked or where things were located.

Loved the spotless apartment. The quiet beautiful view from the balcony. 5 min walk to the harbour/ beach. Thoughtful extras like, wine on arrival, water in the fridge and little artisan soaps. Serviced every day. Really helpful and friendly staff ( Maria and Michelle).

Wonderful place, great welcome, perfect service! Our studio had a large balcony with beautiful view, was cleaned every day perfectly. Maria and Michelle were taking care of everything we asked. A homemade cake and other goodies were offered for welcoming us. We were excited with the gardens around and the well kept surroundings. We loved every single detail. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

Beautiful property, really stunning location.

Further out of town than we had realised, but we were picked up by owner late at night from our ferry which was very very nice.

The staff was incredible, the room was really clean with everything you may need and the garden was beautiful. The location was also amazing, 10 minutes by walk from Aliki center. Parking lot was available.

Nothing to be mentioned here unfortunately. We stayed only for one night but I would not book it again. Prices during July are totally overrated, this room should be max 50 EUR / night and I was disappointed that although other better rooms were available we got probably the noisiest ever. We hardly had 2h sleep that night and we traveled with a child .

the room was very basic and noisy, the garden has lights which are on until midnight and very intrusive if you have the room we got. the only choice to sleep is to close the blinds and put the AC but then you get no fresh air and hopefully you have no mosquitos.

Anixis studios is professionally managed by Maria, well maintained and with a lovely garden. The studios are a short walk to the quay in Aliki and the three low-key Aliki beaches. The beautiful Faragas beach is also walkable in under 30 minutes along quiet roads through unspoilt countryside, dotted with luxury villas. The bed was large and very comfortable, the air conditioning is also modern and quiet. Best of all was that our superior studio on the first floor, had a large terrace with a 270 degree view of the hills of Paros, Aliki and the sea, and was equipped with comfortable chairs and loungers, so you could relax and enjoy the view.

Two minor points - some studios had modern doors and windows with good seals and mosquito screens, but ours not. This would be a good improvement for our studio, to stop the door rattling when it's windier and cut down the noise from the occasional passing car and people on the balcony outside the room at night. The kitchen equipment could be a little bit more modern and comprehensive.

We chose the room with a large terrace and it was large, the location is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and the heart of the Aliki. The property is perfect, Maria was very helpful and all questions are answered with some advice offered if you like. We arrived early, left our bags in the office and walked to the town for lunch and drinks. When the room was ready I received a message, we returned to the property, our bags were in the room and a bottle of wine was waiting for us... Anixis Studios was amazing, beautiful, peaceful, there are plenty of places to sit outside with a beverage and just relax. I would highly recommend the property. We are already discussing a return visit and we never do repeats...

Great place, 5 minutes walking from the center of Aliki. The photos don’t give it justice because it is even better in real ! The studio was very big, perfectly clean, great beds and sheets, very calm. The air conditioning works perfectly. The service is great with such a warm welcome and very available all the time, thank you again :)

The bathroom was new but the water was not always hot..

It was sincerely exceptional! The view, the bed, the garden, the little attentions for us in the room, we loved everything about it. Highly recommend! ❤️
