everything was nice, location, staff, variety of foods and deserts. the staff were friendly and very helpful

Very friendly & kind staff. Room was spotless clean. Beds were comfortable. Facilities worked great. (Toilet, shower, AC) Balcony view was terrific. Buffet was the best buffet I've ever eaten at. So many breakfast & dinner food options. Pool temperature was nice & the pool itself is large. Very lively during day and night Room service staff were excellent. Daily cleaning and fresh water provided.

Noise of other guest slamming doors at 1am nothing that the staff can control but maybe should say to not make noise after midnight as it was constant throughout my stay

My room was a Absolutely total Disaster it was absolutely disgusting and was not of a 4 star standard. I was highly disappointed as this wasn't the standard I paid for neither what was advertised prior to booking. I felt that my holiday was mislead and mis sold and I feel like they have taken advantage of me as a customer by taking money and selling me a place to stay that was a total dirty disaster and highly spoilt myself and my young Daughters dream holiday that we had waited years to do and spend together. I was also instructed by manager that they have 5 buildings unfortunately we was placed in a filthy pit with a room that I didn't pay for. I was given an interchanged room in which I was grateful for as I paid for a double room with two single beds. But to my Disaster I was giving the worst room I have ever stayed in ever. I didn't complain until the fourth day of my stay as I started to see the defects of the room day by day and also myself and my Daughter had unpack and tried to make it liveable as bearing in mind I'm registered Disabled and having to pack and change rooms would become quite difficult for myself without any help. We had dirt and stains on our floor, marks and defects on our walls, rust limescale in our bathroom, mould torn nets and curtains that we're hanging off the curtain trail. I showed the pictures to my husband and he was multified and extremely angry. I went to speak to the gentleman in customer relations in which he could only offer a free meal at one of they're restaurants as it being at the hotel wasn't beneficial to me as I had already paid for all inclusive, I wasn't offered a change of room and he didn't go and assess the room to see the defects I was staying in but just looked at the pictures.

Hotel is more 4 stars than a 5 stars hotel

The staff are great always working hard to keep the hotel immaculate and all the grounds are kept to a very good standard the snack bar was nice plenty to choose from

The food in the main restaurant was a bit of a let down we stayed here in June the food was great there was plenty to choose from and was hot we found this time the food was just warm and the choice was very limited compared to our last stay I would still stay here again but just think the food let it down on this visit

Stayed at this property at the beginning of April and couldn’t wait to return. Lovely hotel with amazing food and great location.

no dislikes. although the gym could open earlier than 9am.

We had two men staying next door and one night witnessed the night porter taking to Prostitutes to the room and this continued for over an hour . we complained with the manager nothing was done . both Prostitutes left at different times by back of hotel via taxi and the men left on mopeds and this happened for four Consecutive nights . loud banging , Constant shouting in foreign voices and prostitutes visiting nobody seem to do anything over bothered absolutely disgusting

The hotel staff were very friendly the food was fantastic there is something for everyone if you can’t find a meal you like then you are very fussy as we ate different food at every mealtime the hotel is big it has beautiful grounds and the staff work hard to keep them clean the staff can’t do enough for you my wife and myself loved and will definitely be going back

The main kids pool can get a bit noisy and the evening entertainment was just ok but there is a quiet pool for over 16 years of age where there is no music so we went there it was great

staff were allowed to open your door at nearly midnight without knocking when we were in bed and then walk away apparently it was to see if we had a remote control after 4 days of being there. walked away when realised we were in room .i reported to the management who never came back with an explanation or apology.I found this very disturbing and suspicious ! It was fine up until then! Made me not trust the hotel after this!

receptionists are only Turkish speakers , most of them are not eligible to work in hospitality industry , cleaning process of rooms started at 8 A.M while everybody is supposed to be sleeping , the cleaners refused to clean my room when i wake up late , the safe box is for additional charges , the WIFI is for additional charges .
