Hotel eigener Badestrand mit netter Bar/Bistro, sehr freundliches Personal, toller Blick aufs Meer (und Sonnenaufgang) vom Bett aus, großes Bad, genug Wahlmöglichkeiten beim Abendessen bei Halbpension
Wenn man nicht mit Klimaanlage schlafen mag: Bei offenem Fenster nachts hört man die Straße und die Fischkutter früh morgens relativ gut

We love the dinner in the hotel. After dinner we always get ice cream. The food and ice cream are best. We have a wonderful time in Italy.

We were delighted to have been given an upgrade to a room with seaview and large balcony! The beach was incredibly close and, the view was stupendous. Although we did not book lunch for Liberation Day and the restaurant was incredibly busy the owner very generously let us have a table, where we enjoyed a wonderful 4 course seafood lunch. I would not hesitate to return. It was a wonderful experience

The property and room was spotless. It's a family run hotel, and everybody working there was really friendly. There's a private beach across the road, with allocated sunbeds and parasol, so no need to worry about not getting a spot. The beach bar attached to the beach / property is run by another really friendly and helpful person. Breakfast was good, typically continental but a good selection of fresh food and coffee. Bikes available to hire for 5 euros a day - which help if you don't fancy a 15-20 min stroll to the main centre of activity. There's also a pool with sun loungers to use. Definitely would stay again.
TBH, given that it is situated towards the end of Giulianova, it is a 15-20 min walk to get to the centre, but as long as you're ok with that, it's a real bargain.

it’s a great location right on the sea front. Where possible the owner upgrades you to a very nice apartment. lovely breakfast great staff. Always clean.

We had a very large apartment and free access to the swimming pool and the beach, which is located in front of the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great quality to price ratio, one of the best I've experienced!
If I have to think about something that could have been better, I would say there was not a big choice for breakfast, but this was not a problem at all.

Restaurant staff were lovely, as were the beach staff (you also get allocated an umbrella and beds on the beach), again all very clean and great little play area for the kids.
We enjoyed breakfast twice and dinner once - fantastic seafood entree
We would have preferred a beach view balcony, but booked too late and they were all taken.

Within a minute on a beautiful sandy beach. It is cleaned and ironed every evening. Sunbed with armchair and parasol available. Bar pleasant and overlooking the sea. The hotel has a clean and pleasant pool, sun loungers by the pool. Restaurant with local cuisine, always fresh fish. Luxury ice cream. Rooms clean and cozy, wonderfully spacious balcony. if you are lucky even with a sea view. Real satisfaction with the whole stay, a pleasant family hotel, everything available and a short walk from other activities.

This hotel is in a quiet part of Giulianova which is a very dull town. The beach opposite, where they provide loungers, is wide and sandy but somewhat featureless. There is a handy Conad store nearby so you can get food and go to the beach without the need for a car.
The kitchenette is poorly equipped and a bit rundown. One of the 2 rings was not working. There is no kettle, toaster, corkscrew or grill; just one ring and a microwave. Tried the restaurant once; adequate but no better.
