we really liked how secluded you felt, it was so serene

enjoyed the tranquil surroundings at the cottage we stayed at. lovely and comfortable with fire (wood provided). Close to town for shopping or just a cuppa at the local cafes.

Peaceful, quiet & relaxing. Set in the forrest with birds chirping & cool weather to enjoy sitting outside.
Very clean & tidy amenities, comfortable king size bed, lovely spa bath & choice of dvds to watch in the evening. Bbq on private verandah.
No wifi facilities at chalet.

Need the fire at night! Cozy as! Clean and tidy. Smells good. Great vibe. No ghosts!
Whilst private, could do with loungeroom curtains just in case Jason Vorhees is watching from the bushes!

There was not a dining table indoors and the lighting was poor . As we like to play board games we needed an indoor table and good lighting too.

the bugs were crazy but you get that in the bush!

disappointed that the little touches were missing such a few food items like oil, herbs. just some items that you forgot to pack.

The location is stunning.. omg the trees, wow! And our cottage had comfy beds and lounges, a lovely big spa and plenty of wood for the fire, which we lit both nights as for November, it was still super chilly! The walk trails around the property were lovely.
The TV didn't work, which was a real nuisance and whilst there was a great selection of DVDS for adults, there was nothing for our little one to watch.. thank God for YouTube kids! If we had known, we would've come better equipped.. there wasn't any board games either. The coffee milk frother didn't work, there wasn't enough salt, pepper or coffee pods and our toiletries were half empty. There was lots to like about the place but a few things that were over- looked or not advised about made for a few disappointing moments.
