That food was amazing, the staff are very friendly and warming perfect for a family holiday with small kids

Good food, great service and lovely bartender at the pool (Jose). A very nice surprise to have had a little Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

They over-charged my husband at check-out (w/o checking the mini fridge consumption first). I had to intervene and made them realised they have charged wrongly. Thankfully they gave us the money back.

excellent location. you can go to el dorado hotel and use some of their facilities, and Spratt Bight beach is a 5 minute walk awat

very spotty WiFi (common issue anywhere in the island), spotty hot water (also common issue).

The food was good, the location was good and the hotel was clean.

We have some problems with the room like only one outlet was available in the room, the telephone from our room some numbers were not working, the door from our balcony doesn't lock and I called and I went to talk to the person at the customer service but they never fix the problems

Everything could be better. Food offering is limited and unimaginative. Drinks are of poor quality. Facilities are worn down and in need of maintenance. Pool closes at 6 pm, exactly when one would expect to use it upon returning from the beach. Service is slow. Wifi service is unstable.

Customer service is REALLY bad. Everything you ask for seems to be really complicated. Service is really slow: Check-in, check-out, getting drinks, asking for a towel.. everything will take too much time. There is currently construction works all around the property which makes it really hard to relax by the pool or on your balcony. Construction workers are just standing there looking at you while you rest by the pool. Water was provided in the room despite being an all included and tap water is not potable. You have to purchase it from the mini bar.. We didn’t enjoy our stay.

Staff was not good at all. Reception staff is very slow to attend as you arrive. I had to wait about 30 minutes. During breakfast staff was not aware that you are there so I had to ask them to provide coffee several times. There wasnt beach towel in the room, it supposed to be. But never was provided.
